The staff at Monmouth Mall LensCrafters always treat me like a valued customer; even if I am only getting a frame tightened or adjusted. They have made me feel like a valued customer regardless of the amount of purchase, or even if there was not a purchase.

The reason my experience was perfect because the prices were great and both pair of my glasses arrive on time and one pair come before the schedule date.

I ordered my glasses online which I was really nervous to do but I just wanted a new lightweight pair. My old ones were from a discount budget type glasses store and I will never go back. I wasn't given the option to get lightweight lenses at all and my old pair was pinching my nose and left red sore spots on my nose. Well I ordered my new from lenscrafters and they gave me the option for the ultralightweight. I love my new glasses and they are so much more comfortable!

The customer service was excellent. The online agent help me out with my order. The delivery was on time and well-communicated. I was able to track my package. Also, I went to the store the employees were so nice and I was acknowledged.
