It took 2 shipments to finally get a pair delivered. first pair was sent to a po box which UPS wont deliver to. Nothing on the site to warn or restrict this option. Glasses were shipped back to Lenscrafters with no notification to me. After calling them to complain, glasses then had to me reordered, remade and shipped again to a new address. Good thing i didn't need in a rush.

I absolutely loved these glasses, until they started rusting. between my brows where the screws are they started molding and rusted, they got so bad that they cracked and fell apart. i love them tho so im a sucker and im buying another pair. just….don’t wear them in the rain.

When we ordered glasses for my elderly mother the help was ok, longer wait one individual on the floor, She had to use the restroom and none where available, this is not customer friendly environment, will shop at a more friendly establishment next time

Doctor was awesome, salesperson was very nice. Glasses are very pricey. Quality of lenses are not very good. There smudge and foggy. They don’t seem cleanable. Spent almost $1000.00 and was expecting high quality lenses. Big disappointment ! I would not recommend this place for glasses.

It’s one thing for a business to be incompetent—it’s another thing entirely for them to be dishonest. I believe that I was lied to on two separate occasions by LensCrafters.com customer service employees. I ordered glasses Jan 6 using my annual insurance benefits and credit card. When my prescription lenses didn’t arrive on time I called. I was told they were shipping next day. I waited a week and called again. Told exact same thing. No tracking number given. I call today and told that they can’t find my order. Supervisor says that “Affirm didn’t pay for it so it was cancelled “. No they didn’t pay—my insurance and my credit card paid (twice). I have cracked lenses and no glasses. Don’t believe these people … I believe that they are telling people to tell customer that order is shipping next day to put them off. UPDATE: My glasses showed up several weeks after promised date. I believe that the customer service people are 1) poorly trained and supervised and 2) disconnected in time and place from the business. They have to ask supervisors to get real answers. I also believe that they don’t understand the notes in the file. My glasses were to be shipped next day, for example, and they read this to mean that the glasses were in fact shipping THE next day. Sloppy records and communication. Also, the stores don’t share the same records as the .com business. They are their own worst enemy.
