Bought a pair of Prada frames with nice lenses and lots of additional features. Spent around $300 after insurance.
These lenses are more fingerprint attracting and scratch prone than my $15 pair of Zennis.
Tried to get help right away but they tried to blame me. Wouldn’t ever buy from them again. Would prefer to pay more without using my insurance before I ever gave them a dime.

I bought a complete frame and progressive lens glasses from them, it will cost me $700.
At the time of purchase they charged me for every single feature like scratch resistant etc.
After 4 months of usage I have noticed that has smudges and scratches appearing. I went back to them and they end up saying rudly that I was not being careful and it's my fault to to take care of it, however I was being super careful and using my case all the time and has no little children. It was my worse experience with them and I say to my self never go to them ever in my life. They were so disrespectful and rude honestly I can't believe.

LensCrafters bought out the Clearly Store
Went into the Clearly Store that LensCrafters just bought out. The experience there was confused and just plain disorganized, we gave them our patience, as they had just switched to the new LensCrafters platform. What I didn't realize is it is just the store that was bought out, not the Clearly Website. So LensCrafters store did not have the glasses I wanted, so we went to the website and I thought they had found the ones I wanted. Now I received them, as my husband went to the store to pick them up (as they no longer would send them to the house). Found out they were the wrong glasses. I ordered the flexible frameless, and these are hinged frameless.
I was contacted by LensCrafters, and they said I had to return to the store, I contacted Clearly, they said I had to talk to the store, So if you order from the store, the WEBSITES of either Clearly or Lenscrafters WON'T help at ALL.
The store was the one that got the order wrong in the first place, we made a trip into Vancouver over an hour away, we already had to come into the store to pick up the glasses, rather than sent directly to our house. Now its looking like the only way to receive help is to go back to the disorganized store people to return them or waste $284 for the glasses that aren't what I ordered.

LensCrafters revisited.
After my review, LensCrafters contacted me and asked for more details. I provided them and got no response. I posted this, and they contacted me again asking me to fill out another form. I took the time and did this, and again I received no reply. They obviously are just giving me the run around for my negative. So be it. I continue to spread the negative review of LensCrafters and have even had some people ask for names of other optical shops, which I gladly provided. My brand new glasses still sit unused and unworn because I returned them a few days after the guarantee time. I hold no hope of a resolution, but continue to spread the bad word about LensCrafters. Use them at your own risk.

Avoid LensCrafters at all costs
Avoid LensCrafters at all costs. Their refund/satisfaction policy is bogus, no one is going to refund anything. Their store employees are MIA and not available, and their corporate policies are anti-consumer. The worst.

Lenscrafters
Bought new pair of glasses online from Lenscrafters on12/19/2022. Purchased 1 yr warranty plan offerd through Asurion. After recieving glasses about 7 weeks later, the left lense developed a crack where the frame attaches to the left arm. I filed a claim for replacement and was processed on 2/21/2023 after paying $50 co-pay for full repacement of lenses and frames. They said they could not just replace the lens. Recieved replacement glasses and the same exact thing developed on the left lense about 10 weeks later. On 5/24/23 I contacted customer service again about this problem and they offerd to replace again requesting another $50 copay. I asked if I could replace with a different frame, one that I had previously owned before buying this frame. I even told them I would pay the diferrence in price. They said they could only replace with duplicate frame. I thought this was unreasonable and said that I didnt want to keep going through replacing glasses and paying $50 each time and getting the same results so I asked if I could speak with supervisor. I was promptly disconnected. After emailing and chatting with customer service they finnally agreed on 6/13 to refund my money if I sent in pictures of glasses showing the defect. On 6/13/2023 I emailed pictures of both pair to the link provided. On 6/15 I emailed CS to see if they had recieved pictures, and status of refund request. I got no response. On 6/26 I chatted with CS again to see status and was told full amount would be credited to my account within 3 to 5 days. I recieved $50 refund which would be for copay on replacement pair and not refund on original pair. I contacted CS again and was told they would process this and to wait 3 to 5 business days. After not recieving refund and contacted CS several times about this problem i was finally told on 7/21/2023 they could not do anything else. Now I am left with only option of starting arbitration claim. This is crazy.

I will never go to LensCrafters again
I will never go to LensCrafters again. I dealt with the LensCrafters on Butterfield road in Downers Grove. Back in January I went in and I purchased a pair of coach prescription glasses. These are obviously expensive as all of their products are. I had to go there because of my insurance. They were few options. Anyway the first thing that happened was I showed him the glasses were crooked, they also won't come clean. One of the technicians tried to fix the right side of the frame and kept pushing it in my face, she kept putting it in the hot sand. I kept them for a couple of months. Then anyway the district manager or whoever said they would replace the glasses after I complained. They did replace them. As I told them what the first pair of glasses, the second pair the lenses don't come clean either. So, I'm left with a pair of glasses with a frame that is now correct but just like the first pair, the second pair, the lenses do not come clean. I've never used anything but water or their cleaning solution and the microfiber or whatever cloth they give. I will never do business with LensCrafters again. I will find somewhere else under my insurance even though few options to go to. Wow!

Lenscrafters was on my insurance,I was…
Lenscrafters was on my insurance,I was told 0 copay after I threw away my contacts the guy said $95 to get exam couldn't proceed without a certain test got my trial pair showed both the guy plus the eye dr. my old prescription to make sure I get the right contacts she gives me a off brand said it could take a while to get mine, then 12 days later in ER with a corneal ulcer,ER said it was the contacts that caused it they sent me to a specialist who said the same thing that the dr should have given what the prescription was written for so now I'm out $110 for lenscrafters,$125 ER,$30,for specialist, have a whole in my eye will never get my vision back in eye so no I would not recommend going there and always make sure its your brand, called them back and she said it was my fault that they just prescribe and that I probably did something wrong even though I've worn contacts for 25yrs no problem till now if I could go back I wouldn't use them
