Horribly late on sending sunglasses out. They were not even shipped until 3 weeks AFTER their original stated estimate date.

LensCrafter on Van Nuys. Disorganized, poor customer service. No follow through on services. Lots of employees who wander around but do not seem to have a purpose. Someone needs to evaluate the site.

Unhelpful and unfriendly associates. I submitted feedback to customer service and my issue was not resolved. Gaslighted, multiple employees told me the blue violet light lenses are clear and they simply are not. They are yellow. This needs to be disclosed when ordering. Not suitable for everyday wear. I addressed this and they will not remake my lenses. I have to return and reorder. My frames are out of stock. I don’t want new frames. I want new lenses. Horrible horrible horrible response from customer service. I will never do business here again.

Chaps CP2090 is a very low quality product. No not buy. The frame felt like a toy; one lens was not seated properly; the nose pads are hard and hurt a bit; they look way too big (my fault perhaps). For some reason LensCrafters lists "No Reviews" for this product, but doesn't have anywhere to actually leave a review for it beyond a link below the grayed out stars for TrustPilot.

Had to return a pair of glasses and am waiting on a refund check. Returned the glasses in June and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to receive the refund. Since it's been over 8 weeks, I called to inquire about the status, and was told it might take 2 to 3 more weeks! For Pete's sake, how long does it take to issue a check?? After reading previous reviews, I am starting to think I will never get it.

Very uncomfortable eye glasses. From the nose piece part, to the back part of the glasses that goes behind your ears. That end tab digs right into your ear. I had them adjusted multiple times. They definitely will be going back.

Shipping process is a joke. New glasses got shipped through UPS, then gets transferred to USPS. Package has been sitting at the UPS warehouse for the last four days. I’ll need a new prescription by the time I get these glasses.

I took an exchange student in to look at sunglasses. He found a pair 226.43 We got home he tried them on and noticed the arm of the glasses was scratched. We took them back the next day. She said the person used rubbing alcohol to tag off the tag ,which took the finish off. They did not have any more the same sunglasses, so the student got his money back. She took mo ey out of till just put it on the counter in front of him and was going to leave. I grabbed the money to count it and he was 20.00 short. I am very disappointed as I get glasses from there all the time. Both those women were manager and assistant mananger
