I had a previous really bad experience with Lenscrafters but I was invited back after they had "cleaned house" and made lots of changes & I HIGHLY recommned going to the Lenscrafters in Parkway Plaza! The staff was wonderful & very helpful, the new Dr. was VERY good! He explained everything, even explaining to me that I had cataracts which the previous Dr. had never even said anything about. He was very thorough with the exam and answered all my questions. The staff was very nice and a lady named Tracy who was SO kind and patient when there was a problem with my insurance. We made calls & tried to straighten it out but it turned out my insurance had made changes that I was not notified of. Tracy was so patient & said I could use my AAA card discount which I was VERY happy with. They also gave me a name of a Dr. for the cataracts which was close by. I highly recommend the Lenscrafters in Parkway Plaza in El Cajon. I will be going back when it is time for my next checkup. ANYONE who had gone before & like me had a negative experience, Please give them a try again. I was very happy I did! Cheryl Silveira-review

Great service

Have been to the Eaton Center location many times. Have always had positive and professional assistance. This time it was Kathy who helped me choose the right frame and processed my prescription. Lovely experience from start to finish. They have a wide selection and prices that met my budget.
