While there were two emails about the delayed shipping, the glasses I ordered were just what I was looking for. It seems the Rx is right on. The email communications let me know the order had not been forgotten. I assume the delay was due to higher summer orders.

My glasses are perfect and the ordering process was so easy! I expected it to be more complicated since I was using insurance. It wasn't. And they fit perfectly! I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

I stopped in to ask if this store could repair my glasses. Ms Wendy Bridges did the repair in less than ten minutes and refused to let me pay for the work she did. Great responsive service. Thanks, Wendy.
