I love LensCrafters they are very precise and have the best customer service. Amruta at the Thousand Oaks location was super professional and helpful. I buy all my glasses here for the past 5yrs. They are not cheap but If you have an issue they will fix it for you!!! I love my progressive glasses with a Rayband frame!

I took my prescription sunglasses into Lens Crafters to have someone put a lens that has fallen out back into the frame. The technician spent about a half hour trying & said the problem was that the frame was bent up. When she was able to get the lens in securely enough for me to wear them, she told me there was no charge but a good review would be nice. So, here it is. Thank you so much. I've worn the sunglasses for over a month now & the lens is still in the frame!
