We have done business with the Kingston MA store for many years, since Martina was manager. This evening Heather was very friendly, well informed!! She is perfect for the job. She guided my wife to selecting a great pair of glasses that she is thrilled with. Heather went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience ! Blake helped me by cleaning stuff stuck to the lenses of my glasses that were purchased from this store 2 1/2 years ago. It appeared to be pine sap. He also provided me with some important information. Overall it was a tremendous visit!! Both employees should be commended!

Recently I came in looking for help with glasses in Annapolis and Taylor was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Annapolis store.

Had an eye appointment that was scheduled with Lauren as the representative. She is fantastic with amazing customer service skills. She went out of her way to help us. Bella helped us pick lenses and got them ordered. She also was amazing. Lauren then got the eyeglasses put together with amazing speed knowing my granddaughter needed them to see. Thank you all. We will be back!!!!

I live 5 minutes away from the Woodfield location. I chose to drive to Arlington Heights location due to past experience. Dr. Is awesome and knows my history. Asia was also very helpful as always.

Had a very nice experience with sale associate Leoal at Hillcrest Mall location in Richmond Hill, Ontario. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and very well versed in the products. She took her time and answered many questions. The store has a positive atmosphere as well.
