Good experience, I would order again. They took a little longer than expected, 1.5 weeks, but they were a brand name and competitive price with full insurance.

Website was easy to navigate, was able to pick and choose my preference and style of glasses. Lots of options to choose.

I liked the way that this site is able to allow you to upload a photo or allow you to view what the glasses look like on your iPhone camera because I can get a better idea of how my glasses would look on me. I am very particular about the shape and frame so this is a great feature on the app. Also liked that I can save my RX prescription from my local eye doctor so I can easily fill if I need a new pair. The only negative experience for me has been the shipping. I was not happy with my last experience upon ordering my Ralph Lauren sunglasses and they took almost 2 weeks to deliver.

Well my D&G glasses weren't perfect and the store didn't make them right..it was a entirely diffent store that did. I'm hoping my tom ford's I just ordered are alot better

Was very easy to order and apply insurance. They have a great selection, I am very picky and there were 4 frames it was hard for me to choose from. I did use the virtual try on extension and the glasses I received were a bit larger than the preview showed on my face so be wary of that.

I had a little trouble getting my RX linked to my order. But customer service was awesome and quickly resolved the problem. I would recommend LensCrafters because if a problem occurs there customer service will work to fix it.
