Ordered 2 sets of glasses on 12/30/2025. Service was great. Abigail said my glasses will be there within 10 days at the latest. First pair showed up 9 days later and the lenses were not installed properly. I was able to get the lenses set correctly so I went on. Day 16 and after calling the store many times I get a different response on when my 2nd pair will show up. Being an OTR truck driver I have to wait. Saturday they said the 2nd pair will be here Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and now they say they dont know when and give it a few more days. Im like a few more days!? I already list a huge amount of income and now have to lose more!? So what happens after a few more days and they still dont show up!? Do I just forget about the 900 bucks I payed for them and go on!? This is absolute bullshit!!! I filled out the complaint form online but no response yet. It takes up to 5 days for them to respond!!! WTF Lens Crafters!? Where is your customer service!? I had to pay 1800 bucks for two sets and now I am left with employees that can't care less about me!? This is totally unaccepetable!!! My next complaint is to the BBB!!! Stay far away from this place. Your better off just putting your money in a fire pit!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable quality and customer service. I purchased frameless glasses from LensCrafters in October and treated them with extreme care. In under three months, the lens cracked exactly where the arm attaches — a textbook failure point that strongly indicates defective materials or poor workmanship. LensCrafters reviewed photos and still refused to replace them, claiming the glasses were “out of warranty.” Let that sink in: a premium eyewear product fails in under 90 days and they wash their hands of it. Their idea of “customer care” was to offer a $100 credit toward buying another pair from them. I declined. I will never shop at LensCrafters again. This company does not stand behind its products, and Luxottica’s dominance of the eyewear market makes this behavior even more disturbing. Buyer beware — once they have your money, you are on your own.

This place is the Worst! My first time using the and my LAST! I went in got my exam picked out meta AI frames with blue mirrors lenses had the conversations! Fast forward a week they came in. Get home and I could not see anything out of them and the lenses were not the blue mirror I asked for. I called was told my eyes needed to adjust, well a bottle of eye drops and a botttle of Tylenol later still horrible. I was told to come back in. I had to Miss another day of work and postpone a flight for work to do this. I get there and was told no idea why they were not mirrored and was told I needed the progressive lenses to see up close, hello I have zero issues seeing far I only use them for reading and I have a stigmatism. I mean it’s their job to know these things. So I either get the full scrip lenses or progressives in a 1000.00 pair of glasses do I say go ahead and do progressives. Well they charge me another 141.00 for these lenses. So they don’t do their job, they come in wrong and don’t notice e and I have to miss work to come back for their mistake! Do they work for free I bet not. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! Now I have to wait another week to get these amazing 1100.00 glasses! These people have zero ethics and professionalism, they were more worried about selling me a warranty than getting my shi* right. NEVER AGAIN, be warned FOLLOW UP. The store manager Christi Brown called me and there were 100 excuses of why it was done wrong and I was told the lady that did it was human my question yes but why should I have to pay for THEIR MISTAKES! she was very rude and I said well that’s fine I have 30 days when I get them to change mind and asked how she would like it if I inconvenienced them like they did me well her true unprofessionalism kicked in and said she was cancelling my order and I could not tell her what to do, how truly pathetic! They wasted my exam for the year but it’s not over I will be dealing with CORPORATE DIRECTLY. Well shall see how this plays out I record everything!!!! O she hung up on me, great training LENSCRAFTERS.

LensCrafters is one of the worst organizations I have dealt with for purchasing glasses. I will never use their services again in person or online. This is the second consecutive year that I have experienced serious issues with an online order. Last year, my order was canceled because LensCrafters claimed they were unable to reach my doctor to verify my prescription. Rather than contacting me directly, they canceled the order outright, even though I could have easily provided the prescription myself. This year, the same pattern repeated. However, I provided the prescription instead to avoid last year’s delay. My order (21107388022234) was canceled because the selected frames were not compatible with my prescription. Once again, instead of reaching out to allow me to choose an alternative frame, they canceled the order without any communication. When I contacted customer service, I was told that my 2025 benefits could not be reapplied, resulting in a complete loss of those benefits. Canceling orders without giving customers the opportunity to resolve issues is unacceptable. Poor communication and inflexible processes have cost me both time and money. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to a company that values customer communication and service.

I ordered a prescription glasses online on 12/01/25 with attached prescription reading from the doctor....it's been 1 issue or the order..After waiting for 3 weeks, I was told that they have an issue & I should go to the store to order it...waited a week for my insurance to be reversed, nothing was done..called back on the 30th Dec & was told it will be shipped out on the 10th Jan....come on guys....what stops you from reaching out to me for any corrections apart from sending out automated emails for confirmation? I have asked twice for the order to be canceled & have my insurance reversed, nothing has been done .. Order no- 20870711364634

I couldn't get the Cool Springs, TN location to call me back. I left several voice messages and even spoke with a live individual twice who told me she'd have someone call me back but the returned calls never happened. It's really disappointing when a culture of indifference seems to exist. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a local eye care provider who values my business.

I ordered glasses online. I used the same prescription that I use at Zenni. The seg height was too high on the lenses I received. Despite saying that Lens Crafters will make your glasses right for within 30 days, they refused to fix this problem. Now I am out of my insurance benefit for 2025. Customer Service was a freaking nightmarish joke, with "Supervisor" Taylor offering me the option of backdating the insurance claim but I would have to pay out of pocket first AND Get This: He then says that the seg height would still be the same. WTH?

My only experience is with Lenscrafters in Warrington, PA (Valley Square). The eye exam was terrific, the optometrist answered all my questions. Absolutely everything went south from there. The glasses I selected were incredibly expensive despite my Humana insurance. Unhappy, but in a rush, I bought them anyway ($260 /pair after insurance). I then took my prescription, sent it to an on-line nationwide supplier, bought backup regular and sunglasses, paid less than 40% of what I was charged at Lenscrafters (now with no insurance) and received the glasses in six days. Still no sign of my Lenscrafters glasses. Finally, three and a half weeks after my exam I called Lenscrafters and was told my glasses had been ready for pickup for two weeks. I was informed that I had been notified via text. That was simply false. I had received three texts from Lenscrafters about my appointment but none about my glasses being ready for pickup. During the same period, I received seventeen emails from Lenscrafters urging me to buy more glasses at 50% off or requesting that I review their performance on my original visit. This is my response to their request for a review. In my experience Lenscrafters Valley Square has combined adequate optometry with very high cost, an incompetent supply chain and stunningly indifferent store staff. The business model has apparently been successful since they seem to be on every street corner these days. Nonetheless, I will shop in the used glasses bin at Goodwill before I will return to Lenscrafters Valley Square in Warrington, PA.
