I visited Lens Crafters in the Park Medows Mall in Lone Tree Colorado back in June of 2024 for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses, and as I wrote in a previous review, I couldn't be happier with my experience. At the time of my purchase and fitting it was summer, and the temperatures were brutal. I really loved my new glasses, but I had to return so many times for adjustments I worried the staff would not welcome me, but it was just the opposite, they always treated me as a friend who had come to visit. I really thought my last visit ended with a perfect fit, but they needed a tiny adjustment, and I really didn’t want to make the drive. Remembering there was a store closer to me, I made the short trip to the store at 10651 E Garden Dr., in Aurora Colorado. After explaining my situation to the manager, he directed me to Rochelle, and she was more than happy to help. Rochelle made the needed adjustment and suggested I wear them for a couple of days and if the glasses needed the tiniest adjustment to drop by and she’d be happy to work with me to get the perfect fit. A week later I returned, and Rochelle was happy to see me. The adjustment took only a minute, and I couldn’t be happier. Although I didn’t purchase my glasses from this store, Rochelle treated me as part of the Lens Crafters family. Another great experience with Lens Crafters! I highly recommend them and will continue shopping with them for my prescription glasses and sunglasses.
