I've ordered about 5 pairs of glasses from LensAlter and most all of them were perfect! They come with mini tools just in case, and a cleansing cloth which is amazing. The glasses are so beautiful. I will say the Coco frames that I ordered became very loose with the screws and I unfortunately had to use glue to keep them from breaking apart but they are still very pretty glasses. Despite that error, I will still order from this website because of how gorgeous the glasses are. 💕

I have had a phenomenal experience ordering glasses from lensalter. My first order arrived cracked and within the hour of emailing them I was offered an identical replacement. Shipping was updated consistently and everything I have ordered has been beautiful. I get compliments on my glasses almost everyday.
