Excellent customer service! I was informed one item I picked out was out of stock and they told me I could pick something else out around the same price. I told them what I’d like instead (it was a couple dollars more) and without any hesitation, they replaced it with the new item. They also kept me posted with tracking and shipment updates throughout. The quality of the clothes was good and the outfits are adorable!

I am confused how there is a negative review for this company almost every single day, that's super weird? I have ordered from Lenny Lemons a few times and have not had an issue except for this last order which seems to be taking longer but that's to be expected, we're in the middle of a damn pandemic and the clothes are coming from China lol. Every company almost is very backed up due to COVID-19, I don't even get my items from a huge company like Amazon for 8+ days sometimes when I used to get them in 2 or overnight, so coming from a small company like Lenny Lemons I guess I am willing to be more understanding. They have also answered my emails no problem, maybe check your junk folders? It does say on their website though it can take up to 7 days to process an order and 30 more days to receive your items, although I see some people have said they waited longer than that. I can't speak for anyone else only my own experience and so far I have had a decent experience.

My son received multiple outfits from Lenny Lemons and we could not be happier! Any time he wears a Lenny Lemons outfit, we always get compliments. So far, we have had no issues with the clothing. The fabric is still great quality, even after months of wear. If it's good enough for Randy Orton's daughter, then it's good enough for my son! (Really! Google it.) But seriously, why would you not want to support a high caliber, small business like this? 10/10 would recommend.
