"We really can't be responsible for packages once they left our warehouse." Response from LL customer service. Like a lot of other people I did not read the reviews before ordering. I was under the impression the items and or the company were located in Hawaii. I ordered 8 items and actually recieved 7 of them. They came 1 at a time and from China. Chinese sizes are not the same as US sizes so my 3-6 mo will have to wait until shes 6-9 mos to wear this stuff. I'm still short an item they're telling me shipped. However, their tracking system says it hasn't left. 7 out of 8 ain't bad. Please read reviews.

Terrible ..... only got partial shipment ... missing one item ... No way to get ahold of some one ... I should have read the reviews first !!!! Not good quality items either .... Beware .... total scam !!

SCAM COMPANY!!! It’s been well over a month since I ordered 2 kids swim suits for my girls. Still no word... SCAM company!!!!!

I purchased a pair of baby slippers that lead the buyer to believe the slippers were made in Alaska. Not only were the slippers not made in Alaska, they weren't made in the US! Imagine my shock when after several weeks of waiting I received a notice that my order was being processed in China and would ship soon. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received the slippers. When I contacted Lenny Lemons their response was very snotty. I will never order from them again.

This is a terrible company, do not buy from them. We ordered one shirt, and it’s been 21 days without receiving it. I tracked it, it hasn’t even been shipped. I contacted them, and was informed it would be another 20 days until I received it. I told them to keep their shirt and give me a refund, and it’s been crickets since then. No response.

I ordered 9 items on January 18, and never received an order confirmation. I reached out to the company four days ago and so far haven't heard anything back. I was prepared to report my transaction as fraud with my cc company. Today (2/6) I received an email saying the last of my items had shipped. I've never received any items and/or previous shipping notifications. The shipping confirmation at least included an order number, so I could track the rest of my packages on the website. They are all coming from China and have yet to leave the country. (It appears all 9 items are coming in their own packages.) I can't speak to the quality of clothing because I haven't received my items, and I'm not sure I ever will. I would just warn others of going through the headache of ordering from this company in the future, especially if you need your items in a timely manner.

Do not buy! There clothes are so bad! And they don’t care!!!

Horrible service! I ordered clothes for a Christmas gift a couple of weeks prior till Christmas. The clothes I ordered never came in. I just received them 01/21/2020. When I emailed the company, they never replied. When I brought it up in their Instagram page they blocked me. All the clothes looked cheap and were shipped from abroad.
