I’ve order 3 outfits for my baby niece in late August and so far I’ve only received 1 out of three. My niece’s birthday was in September 19, so she didn’t get her gift that I originally planned for her. I’m still waiting on the the other 2 outfits. It’s about be mid October. It’s kind of disappointing. The outfit is cute but not worth waiting 2 or more months for it.

There are a few issues I have with the product and company. 1: the delivery time is insane, the product comes from China so it will take over a month to be delivered. 2: some of the product looks really cheap and has some loose threads right out of the plastic 3: if something is pictured with a bow, it comes with a piece of fabric you have to tie yourself 4: there are no sizes printed inside the clothes so you need to make sure you organize them in your closet right away. Some of the clothes seem better quality than others and overall they are cute but I wouldn’t order again because you don’t know what you are going to get in terms of quality and delivery time.

Delivery took 5 weeks! Terrible

Really wanted to love these items but the material felt rather cheap. Items shipped from China so they took a while. Took a month and a half to receive my order and babies grow fast, so my son is rather snug in the items and won’t get much use out of them. When emailing customer service, I explained my frustration and they wanted me to take pictures of the items plus my son wearing the items, get out a ruler and measure all parts of the items such as sleeve, waist, shoulder, and so forth. 1. Who has time to do all of that with a 6 month old. 2. I don’t own a ruler. They do have a FAQS page and it is noted that delivery is taking awhile due to Covid, but do you always navigate to the FAQS page before you place an order? It should be highlighted on the check out page. Won’t order from them again.

Late, complicated and everything mails from China- I did not realize that everything came from China, and took 3 weeks to arrive. The clothing is super cute, though it takes forever, and nothing comes at the same time, so you have to wait for each separate item to arrive, making things so complicated for gift giving

If you want to spend a lot of money, wait 3 weeks for your items, have them all show up in the wrong size, not be able to read the labels because they’re in Chinese, and then not have anyone get back to you when you try to email them about it, then Lenny Lemons is the store for you. Oh, they don’t have a phone number so good luck.
