This company never sent my items $261 dollars worth, sent fake usps tracking numbers that usps didn’t recognize, and when I contacted them via Facebook, they refused to refund me, blocked me and deleted my negative reviews, this company is a scam! Oh, they’ll respond to this with a generic “sorry you had a frustrating experience” message and to email them, don’t buy it, it’s just cut and paste, they don’t reply and block you from messaging them or leaving any negative reviews.

I ordered clothes over a month ago. Each item is supposedly shipping in individual packages. I have tracking numbers but when I track on the USPS they do not show up. At this point I just want a refund. No customer service. Horrible site. Save yourself the hassle and money and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I ORDERED 2 OUTFITS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. ONE OUTFIT WAS FOR MY NIECES BIRTHDAY FOR HER BIRTHDAY AND IT WONT BE HERE IN TIME IF I EVEN GET IT. WHEN I TRY AND TRACK THE ORDER THERE IS NO INFO. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company! They WILL rip you off! I ordered something in January 2020. Checked on my order in March and they said everything was delayed, which was understandable...but today is May 11th and they have yet to do anything! They sent me tracking back in March, but shocker, it has yet to go anywhere and hasn’t actually shipped anything. I tried emailing them today and I got an email back saying their email was full! I’m sure I won’t ever hear anything or get my money back or the merchandise. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

Only recieved a partial of my order, they keep insisting that the rest of the order was delivered even though I have told them I have received nothing. I also requested to do a return as the items were ordered in February and will not fit my daughter if and when they come. The person emailing me is not trying to understand and requested measurements of my child when I just want a refund. I clearly just said I had already been emailing someone and they are not resolving my issue so your response tells me you didnt read my review

I gave it one star because I had to in order to write this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order in mid March 2020 and it is now May 10, 2020. I have tried to track the item to no avail. There was an update April 7th and May 10th they both say the same thing. “Shipment is being processed in a facility in China” I am considering my purchase a loss of income. THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Again DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

There is no customer service you will not get a refund if requested and its been 5 months since I placed my order and received 1 out of 2 of the items and the quality is very China made what what you pay I should have just went to Target for the Girls's Swimsuits. - UPDATE: I did get a response from customer service after I left a response here - and did get a refund for my missing product now - probably still will not come back, do to kids just growing so fast you cant wait 6month every time you order something, for you just don't know if you will get it before your kids is already in the next size.

I saw an ad for a cute outfit on FB and thought the company looked legit. DONT BUY!!!!!! I ordered the clothes 2 months ago and give not received my items and have tried to get a refund. They will not answer customer service calls and send you falls shipping info. It’s sad that scam companies exist like this one. Especially during a pandemic.
