Sept. 26, 2026 @ 2112 hours ... Bought a LENNAR home in Oct. 2020 and the home is "good overall quality" (especially for the price point). I have personally built large homes (mine & others up to 7,200 sq ft) before and know construction very well and my home is probably a B+. The sales lady (Peggy C.) in north GA was superb and the OTE subdivision builder was very good and fixed most of my problems. As a previous builder and avid DIY'er, I fixed most of the little things myself. I am surprised that Lennar is not handling some of these problems on social media more quickly. IMO, they are getting a "black eye" from this publicity. ...... Bill S.

I’ve bought two homes with Lennar. I feel the homes were built with quality products. Robbie Jensen with Westwind was outstanding. Great communication & went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly.

This is by far the best experience ever for a house builder. and my first go around with Lennar. Michelle McCaskill, Alex Reyes, Asmara Williams, Paul Villanueva, Bianca Roberts have all been helpful in getting me from ALL STAGES of homebuying! If you're looking to by a home make sure yo u look up the 5775 N Sam Houston Parkway West Location .. This TEAM WILL Help you through EVERYTHING. Michelle is simply amazing. If you got your ducks in a row, the money and just able to follow her instructions she will ensure the process is smooth. I can not wait to close!! Guys Lennar is the way!!!!

I bought a new house from Lennar Cedar Pointe. I have never had any problems from the very beginning, we bought it with great pleasure, we are very pleased, of course there may be some minor deficiencies, but they are always helpful, I recommend it to those who are considering it, we would also like to thank the Real Deal team and especially Mr. Cem, if we have the opportunity we intend to buy a second house, and hopefully we will.

I had issue with my fence leaning I called Lennar Warranty and spoke with Agent Maina who was very excellent, she was very knowledgeable about my situation and showed quality and concern. She made sure to keep intouch with while the process was going until the end. She found reputable people to fix my fence who did quality work and gave me step by step of the work they were doing. I really appreciate the support Maina gave me and the professionalism she displayed. Excellent job with customers service and concern. 👍😃

My wife and I recently closed on a property with Lennar at Sundance Greens, Lennar. My sister also worked closely with us on closing the house next door simultaneously. Which was an absolutely requirement. Making this buy very complicating, as we all had different needs and expectations. We as a family decided this would be an all or nothing deal. This was a very complicated purchase that had multiple needs, loan types, loan structures, requiring very many moving / complicated parts, and ever changing situations to accomplish. Peter McGee, the new home consultant for Lennar, went above and beyond to meet all expectations. He accomendated multiple last minute meetings, and stayed connected with lenders, builder, warranty, underwriting, and so much more. He naviatived the sell and coordination of 2 homes. Accomplishing this task with not only Lennar’s team but navigated language barrier and multiple inputs, unwavering requirements, expectations, and changes from no less the 10 people involved in decisions making from the buyer’s side. Peter is professional and absolutely a pleasure to work with. Cody Lazarre, and Judith DeLanie on the financial side, worked through complicated financial needs to make sure this multi buy purchase could happen simultaneously. They often worked late hours and through weekends off to accomplished these task. They were quick to respond and anticipated upcoming needs, troubleshooting issue before the arrived. They maintained a level of communication and professionalism that should be envied by its professional community. You expect professionalism and good customer service when making a purchase like this. But Peter McGee, Cody Lazarre, and Judith DeLanie are true professional who meets and exceeds all expectations in the new build community. Going above and beyond what would have already been exceptional ratings, these individuals far exceeds the standards and expectations. It was our pleasure to do business with you. Lennar are will be my recommendation for all homebuyers in the market for a new build. I can not rave enough about my family multi purchase in the Lennar community. Thank you Peter, Cody, Judith

I saw bad reviews on Yelp for this Company and want to say I have had nothing but great service with the builder, seller, mortgage company, HOA management and closing company. I just moved into Orchard Farms and not only am I satisfied I am so grateful. The construction crew was waiting for cement to be delivered for a sidewalk they were framing. They saw me bringing topsoil into my backyard using a wheelbarrow. I am a disabled vet without a lot of money to pay for landscapers. They may have seen my plates, but they brought over their workers and their equipment and moved five truckloads of topsoil into my back yard and spread it out for free. When we did our walk through, they did everything we asked. They even did a few things that were probably not covered by a builder just so we were satisfied. Seems like the reviews you see online are mostly people who are disgruntled and crabby. Professionally, I am a residential home inspector, and I watched the entire process of the build, and they were great. Also, I love the home "sold as is" part of Lennar's sales. Most other builders "sell" their homes at a low price and then act like used-car-salesmen and at the end it is 100,000 more than advertised. Lennar does not do that.
