Friends home literally splitting in half inside and outside, and they said it’s not their fault. It’s a brand new house!!!!!! Buyer beware DO NOT USE

I want a fresh air house just like TexPAT BBQ. Those unfinished looks, the randomness of the craft, the non-attention to detail. Could the wall fall….who knows but it would be a joy to make bets on Kasha. The way the bricks magically open for you to enjoy the inner workings of your home, to make it pleasant to share your heat and a/c with the outdoor wilderness. Creatures of all shapes and sizes are welcome. I am sure the 10 year warranty of “it’s a feature” will be joys to enact and have a dedicated builder tell you all the wonderful spontaneous openings in your house was a feature from the beginning. The idea that if you let the house grow some, it will spawn a second for free is fantastic!

They will avoid fixing anything wrong with the crappy homes they built by saying it is just cosmetic. Um.. a huge crack in the foundation splitting my house in half is JUST COSMETIC?????

Perfect home builder if you like living in a poorly constructed home that splits in half after a year. Their ability to dodge accountability is hands down some of the finest I've ever seen. Lennar makes gaslighting look entirely too easy.

I love my open to nature Lennar home: cracks in the ceiling, cracks in the walls, cracks in the foundation, cracks in the tiles, cracks in the tub/shower - it's ALL open to nature! And Lennar didn't even charge more for all the fresh-air access! Of course, their warranty rep says these are upgrades that they should have charged for. And my dog loves the sloped floors - he never knows which way dropped toys are going to roll.

Fix TexPat BBQ's house you absolutely mindless fools. The brick veneer is literally splitting in half so far that you can fit a brick in the gap now. But they claim it's "cosmetic". They should not be in business or allowed to gain permits to build.

House was full of cracks that made their way down to the foundation and they tried saying it was purely cosmetic, DONT EVER BUY A HOME FROM LENNAR HOMES!, and they will not do their part for anything “covered” by warrenty

They makes houses that will split itself in two and assure you (as if you stupid) that the cracks running across your floors and ceilings and splitting the outside brick walls is completely normal. Do better.
