Called to ask if they have any homes that aren’t splitting in half, since I don’t want to pay half a million dollars unless the cosmetics are sound. Their agent or rep or whoever that was on the phone told me to get a life and call back when I’m not broke, and hung up. Their arrogance is only exceeded by their incompetence, and nobody should ever buy anything they’ve “built” ever again. The issues I’ve seen during tours of open houses are outrageous; they’re not even trying to hide the fact that they don’t care how bad their work is. Run fast and run far. This company is TRASH.

Lennar builds really poor quality homes. I bought my brand new home less than 3 years ago and I have 2 roof leaks, a yard that doesn't drain properly. Sloppy caulking and painting. Foundation cracks. Faulty breakers. I could go on and on

Houses start subsiding straight away and they say its normal but when the walls ceilings and floors are cracking as there has been that much movement is unbelievable should be ashamed cowboys scum

Apparently they see every damage as purely cosmetic no matter if a house is split in half. Without an attitney they will never fix any issues they caused.

A Cardboard box would hold up better than the Lennar built homes. They don’t care about the families that live in their cheaply made, and overpriced death traps. A 3/4” gap along the exterior wall is not considered “cosmetic”, and once black mold invites itself due to rain getting inside- will you call it “cosmetic” at that point?! DO THE RIGHT THING, make it right by admitting fault and getting things taken care of!

Honestly just look them up on tikTok, because the proof is right there. They don't all honor their warranty. They are comfortable letting people possibly unalive because of the fact that they don't want to actually do the job properly the fact that the company also turned off all their comments shows that they don't wanna address it. Absolute audacity to claim a house of theirs which is literally SPLITTING IN TWO because of poor foundations and construction is just a cosmetic issue. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs.
