I called to ask why I was being charged 30% interest when I had been told there was no interest for the first year. After giving my information and answered the customer service questions I was informed he wouldn't give me any information except to the person that had the loan. I said I am that person and he repeated his statement. I then said do you mean that I don't have a loan with you? He repeated his statement. I then was starting to lose it and said this is B.S. just tell me if I do or do not have a loan with you and he hung up. I could tell that he was brand new, definitely not sure what he was doing at first but this was weird even for a newbie.
