No product delivered after payment. No way to get product. Link sent just gave access to signing up to Lemon Squeezy with a new account - to to getting what I ordered

Since July, I've been waiting for store approval and the support team requests more info about my store each time. I was planning to sell ebooks and I bought the domain name and did everything even though I sent to them one of my ebooks that I'm going to sell. After waiting and chatting with the worst support ever they said that my product breach their terms of service while they allow selling ebooks and finally they said Feel free to explore other platforms that might be more suitable for your needs.

Truly terrible payment choice, that has high fees and a confusing payment interface that will lose you business.

Am writing this review with a lot pain. I spent 2 months building and promoting my SaaS, CrestGPT. I've published a lot of articles as well. I was supposed to receive payment today on 28th of August 2024. However, 2 days ago I got a message that my store has been suspended and all the monies will be refunded to users. Mind you I am also a user(I spent my money to test the payment). Am yet to be refunded. I reached out to them on X but was told to reply to the email that I got after suspension. In that email they claim to be prompt at helping me. As I write this review, it has been over 24 hours and I haven't received any response. I wish I could rate ZERO! Now I have no choice but to count my losses.

Their application process and customer support is the worst I've ever experienced in my 5 years digital marketing journey. Their website mentioned the application process takes 2 - 3 days. Mine took more than a month. And guess what? They declined the application to even host my store/product just because I don't have an existing customer base. What a joke! What a scam! If you want to sell digital products online, get as far away from LemonSqueezy as possible. Find alternatives.

Moreover, when I faced issues with their platform (orders getting stuck in a loop), their support team repeatedly failed to resolve the problem, simply directing me to re-upload documents or record errors that I had already clearly communicated. The lack of effective communication and support has left me with no confidence in their service. I expected more professionalism and transparency from Lemon Squeezy, and I am extremely disappointed with how they handled my case. I would advise other businesses to be cautious and consider other platforms that offer better support and clearer guidelines.
