I signed up for a product I never used. It auto renewed and I was unaware I had a subscription, was not notified and when I tried to contact them it is impossible to get help and impossible to cancel. STAY AWAY and do not TRUST this fraudulent company

I needed to change my business address and that's when my problems started. Months of back and forth emails (that they took weeks to reply), rude customer support on X, and I am still waiting for my money.

They scammed me and wasted my time. I bought a product online. the payment is already charged in my bank account but i didnt recieve the product. i sent them a DM on Twitter because, of course, they dont even have support on their website. they have been saying "hey, were going to check it, sorry" for the past 3 days but they dont even write back. they are scammers. be careful!

Unable to cancel billing, email support and they assure me i won't be charged again. A month later, i get charged. I try to cancel the billig again only to be met with an error message. Finally i block my card through my bank.

If I could give them zero I would They are acting as the payments collection agency for Insou, we unsubscribe, we email to confirm we have unsubscribed, we still get charged, they email saying check your orders here, we check there is no data. Neither Insou or Lemon Squeezy want to resolve this and Lemon Squeezy abdicate responsibility by blaming Insou, despite it being Lemon Squeezy who collect the money.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Lemon Squeezy (LS) Unfortunately, I got recommended by a person I follow and didn't do my research until after the fact. I received a Chargeback from my product and I reached out to the buyer, she stated she never received the email link and figured it was a SCAM so she got a refund. I told (LS) this and screenshotted our conversation and sent it to (LS) Come to find out (LS) did not do any research on what actually happened froze my store and said they would not pay me out my sales for a month to make the processors happy!? They are currently holding my funds until Oct 18th! Lemon Squeezy has a delivery issue with digital products! and horrible customer service. BEWARE!!!
