They let you sign up, choose the service/digital product you want to sell, upload company and private documents, connect a bank, and the they send you an email, "Sorry. we can not accept that service you want to provide." That page is a pure information scraping trap, nothing else!

🚫 Disappointing & creator-unfriendly experience. I applied to Lemon Squeezy as a solo entrepreneur with a clean product, clear branding, and all legal documentation. Despite this, they rejected my store without a single explanation — and said they won't provide one. For a platform that claims to support creators, their lack of transparency is unacceptable. There’s no way to improve or understand what you did “wrong.” If you’re a small business or solo creator, don’t waste your time, use Gumroad, Ko-fi, or Payhip instead. 1 star.

-Rep for Timothy F. He is the only support representative and likes to terminate people's shops for no reason at all. He gives a vague excuse every time you ask for a reason and is very rude in emails. Avoid this terrible company at all costs it's all starting to make sense why Stripe bought them…

The most incompetent customer support I've ever encountered. They are less than useless.

I second the review by Terry. This company seemed like a great solution for my business and had a fantastic checkout system that supported a wide range of payment methods which was great for sales. For a while, I thought this was the final solution for card payments on my site, I loved the UI and the user experience was easy to understand. Aside from the fees (which are atrocious, by the way, they take 5% of every sale plus an extra 5 cents for some reason), I thought this site was a great way to help scale my business with different payment methods. All was great, and my first payout went through PayPal with no issues, but then when I was 2 days away from my next payout (they do them bi-weekly), and I received a cold, vague email from "Timothy F." from the Lemon Squeezy risk team stating that my store was being reviewed due to "risk signals" out of nowhere when we had no issues with any of our customers or anything. Payouts were frozen, and my store was put under review with about $3,000 in the balance. I replied to Timothy stating that I was willing to comply and resolve any issues with my store but then he replied and stated I was in violation of some "Terms of Service" because I "obscured my product" and permanently suspended my store and refunded all customers with no recourse or any option for me to do anything about it. I was selling fonts. I will paste Timothy's email below exactly as he sent it. "Hey there, Yah, I don't think that's your product. You just took down your real website I see. Your store has been permanently suspended now. We will refund all your remaining balance and no payout will occur. This action is taken in accordance with our ToS 7.1.5, namely you've intentionally obscured your product — one we'd consider to have potential risk and IP violations. If you don't want to give visibility on what you are selling, then we can't let you sell. As we are the merchant of record, our partners still hold us responsible for sales, so we have to have transparency. Claiming I wasn't providing "visibility" on what I was selling when everything in relation to fonts and related font utility tools was clear and visible on my website. Now my business is out $3,000, and my customers keep full access to the digital items purchased. Timothy refers to "my real website", which again is just another fonts shop (which I never took down or obscured for any reason, everything was clear and transparent), and claims that my font products have "IP and risk" violations. He is clearly just nitpicking at the Terms of Service to find a reason to take all of my earnings. Blatant scam. They can decide to take your money at any time with unclear, vague reasoning. If you are considering this company as a payment solution, by all means stay away. The fees are too high, support responses take too long (especially in the application phase), and they just straight up steal money from sellers. Yes I am pissed, and this review is going nowhere.

This is a “scam” organisation. I wrongly set up a payment platform with them for on line product sales. A couple of products were bought but the monies were never transferred to my account despite false promises. That is fraud ! Having nothing to do this deceptive organisation: they promise a lot and deliver nothing- Sinclair Services

This is the payment processor for revid.ai. They are both scams. One star because I can't give 0. Impossible to speak with a live person, impossible to cancel your revid.ai account with an active Lemonsqueezy account, and impossible to cancel. Fraud.
