Absolute worst experience ever. Upon signing me up the salesperson promised me how Easy this would be. He told me that dodge has so many lemons that it’s an easy win for the buy back. Once I was signed up the lack of communication was the worst ever. The end result was my attorney made thousands more than I did. I believe they only sign people up so they can get there 3000.00 fee and they do not care what you get. Sick to my stomach that I fell for this crap. Beware potential clients do not go for the sales pitch of its so easy we will beat the car manufacturer and get you money. Don’t do it !

The most lying group of people that you can get. At first they picture everything all nice and dandy and in the end they get their money and you get the left overs, which in reality will be between 1000 and 3000 as per their own words. Go somewhere else if you can.

Wow there customer service is horrible I called to ask if they could help me he didn’t even listen to what I said and hang up super rude !!! Worse experience ever

Fortunately i found out how horrible they are before i signed and was committed to paying them. Of course they are lawyers so they will produce documents that favor them. The agreement they send obligates you to pay them in excess of $3,000. and it obligates them to nothing. Even if you terminate without any work you owe. Even if "THEY" decide its not worth going to court you still owe. Even if you get no offer or an unreasonable offer you still owe. They hounded me by calling multiple times a day to get me to sign the agreement. When i had a chance to read it i sent them questions about the things listed above and you guessed it they "GHOSTED " me. They refuse to respond and they stopped calling. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! They lied on the phone saying i did not have to pay them the dealer would. That not whats in their agreement though. They said their office was right here in my town. That was another lie!!!!

Just like the rest of the bad reviews, they will rarely reach out, not reply to your questions and emails and take 90% of the settlement. That’s the game they play. Get them to give 3k fee then cut you loose. How is that ok? All for sending a letter? What did they do for me besides that letter? I’m still stuck with this crappy car, still breaking down and the best they could do is get there fees covered and $500 check for me? DO IT YOURSELF. I do not recommend them. Absolutely unprofessional.

HORRIBLE service. They told me I had a case. Made me send tons of documents. Only to not communicate for WEEKS. I had an update that added an Additional repair to my case. I then get communication a week later with "see attached". REALLY? That's the way you communicate with clients!? Unbelievable. Basically the attachment said "they won't settle out of court so you are on your own". Wow ok so because you didn't get money I'm SOL on bringing them to court. What a waste of Month and a WASTE of payroll they used to basically do nothing but mail a letter. In a world where Lawyers are becoming less of a necessity you would think they would want to do something that will bring clients IN not drive them AWAY.

Wish I could leave NO STARS! I’ve tried calling my representative and have left several voicemails and a few emails and no call back! The message on their voicemail state they’d get back within 24 hours HAHA what a crock! I was also told I’d be contacted once a week for progress, NOPE. These people have horrible communication skills, but they were sure quick to get back to me to sign all the forms and send in my documents. Since then, I haven’t heard much!!! So do your homework and research throughly before settling on these people!!!

I have used this company for two vehicles that met and exceeded the lemon law threshold. The first experience was great, and the attorney was able to get the manufacturer to purchase the vehicle back. Unfortunately, I purchased a second vehicle, and I had the same issues. Even though I provided several repair records that once again exceed the lemon law threshold, this time I was assigned a different attorney and paralegal that are totally unprofessional and I would say incompetent. They were not able to get a satisfactory settlement with the manufacturer, even though my car had problems within 48 hrs after I drove it off the lot. Then they told me that they would file litigation with the Supreme Court in my state, but it has been 3 months since I signed the authorization to do that, and I have not heard a thing from them. I have called and emailed both the paralegal and the attorney to try and get a status on the filing, but they never returned my calls or respond to my emails. I have even asked them to drop the case and release me from my contract so I can hire a more competent attorney, but still no answer. This second experience has become more frustrating than the car issues. It's a shame that one can have such contrasting experiences with the same firm. I am very disappointed.
