Very helpful staff (especially Sherri) who walked us through the process and ultimately helped us to make the right decision for our family. Although the entire process took several months, lemon law group's response while we waited for the dealer and manufacturer was always immediate. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the nice review David. We understand how frustrating the whole process can be. First dealing with a lemon of a car and then having to start this long process to make things right. We appreciate your patience on the case.

I would definitely recommend. Randy Dunbar was very assuring and made me feel like they cared about my case and outcome. We did reach a settlement with GM and are glad we reached out because if not we would have gotten rid of the vehicle and taken a major loss but now instead we have a cash settlement that helps with that loss.
