Easy process responds quickly to my every question

I had nothing but a positive experience with this process. I worked with Hannah Maurer. She was informative, pleasant, courteous, helpful, prompt with responses and a pleasure to work with. I had a brand 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that was literally a lemon. The truck stayed in the shop more than it did on the road. When I first purchased it, I had it for a month and it broke down. It stayed in the shop over a month; this was the first breakdown. Since that time, the truck basically broke down about every 3 months and the dealership was just never able to fix it. This truck would break down on me going 60mph on the interstate! Nothing but a death trap! This was the absolute worse and trying to deal with Chrysler Jeep on my own; they just bullied and gave me the hardest time. I finally got fed up in Dec 2017 & contacted the Lemon Law Group. I sent them in all the requested documents and they got to work! My suit has been settled as of today IN FULL! There was no issues, drama, problems, etc. this company did exactly what they said they would and I can't thank them enough! Anyone reading this, if you are having issues with a vehicle and believe it's a Lemon CALL THIS COMPANY and let them take care of you! You have choices and don't let these dealerships and car companies make you think you have to stay in and pay for a Lemon they built. Stand up for yourself and fight back! Call them; it will be the best decision you ever made.

Lemon Law was great. The they kept me up to date on my claim and understood my situation and worked fast to get me my settlement. i recommend the Lemon Law.
