Lemon law was very courteous
Lemon law was very courteous, responded when messages where left. And, very polite. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family members that are having issues with there vehicles..

Hannah was great was on point responded…
Hannah was great was on point responded to my emails answered my questions would email me when paper was needed and when paper work was received very efficient I’m so glad I made call and had them take my case

They were very honest and responsive to…
They were very honest and responsive to all of our needs. We had a very satisfactory outcome. We could not get Ford to work with us even when we offered to pay the difference in the cost of the trucks to get a new truck but with the Lemon Law Group, Ford offered a cash settlement that will be more than enough to put with our truck and trade it in on a new truck, so actually where we were offering to pay the difference for a new truck, the Lemon Law Group got Ford to basically pay for the difference. We are pleased.
