They were fast and to the point. Won my case with Ford but I have a huge problem with them communicating on where my money is at. Steve (the office manager) was very kind but he told me he would call me back and I heard nothing from him after 24 hours talking. Their communication with customers isn’t the greatest and I even had to take the time to change my past review of 5 stars. All I wanted was to get my money or a update to who is handling me issue. Sadly everyone has avoided my calls, I had to make a complaint to the BBB and now I am feeling since this company is wanting to be SUPER shady with probably trying to keep my money from coming to me. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT COME TO THIS LAWYER GROUP. Pick someone else to do your lemon law claim. This one for me was a nightmare. Luis who is the payment coordinator NEVER does his job when you reply to his email he just says nothing. Never in my years have I met a company who asks for a 5 star review but gives nothing to really earn it. All it takes is communicating with people who hire your team to handle their claims. Word of mouth of who to recommend is never going to be this law firm

This is the worst Law firm. I was told when i initially talk to Hector that they make Nissan, would give me a nice settlement and give me the car an that Nissan would cover they fees. Was never told what they fees were never was sent a copy of contract. Then was told they offered 3K and I would just pay the interested on the balance, I said no to the offer then was told they would negotiate well they didn't do a hell of a lot negotiate because they came back with the same offer then told me I could sue if I give them 500.00 then on last conversation I was told they charge 3K, but they give me 500.00 of it. Well come to fine out that this law firm sucks. They never tried to negotiate a settlement, they took the first offer now everything that Hector told me was a lie. They told me all this good BS to get my case but never sent me a contract because if they had never would have signed it. Sent 2 forms for my signature. Because if I had known they charge 3k never would have with those papers they are a shyster firm will not sign them papers my sister name is first and I can not make any decision about the car without her consent. Trying to threaten me by saying I have to pay, for their work but the thing is The contract between me and them is worthless. We have Judges and lawyers in our family and they advise me to fire them. So i sent them email, saying fired. We are contacting every state bar where they have offices and filling complaints also going contact BBB an going shout them out on social media let people know not to deal with them. Should have done research on this firm. But glad my name not first on my car strange thing is they didn't even look at the paperwork because they would realize I am not the owner of the car, so they really can't rip me off for 3K cause my signature on the contract is worthless. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM RUN WHEN YOU SEE THEIR NAME DON'T WALK THEY ARE MONEY HUNGER SCAMER. THEY ARE SO FIRED.

1. Very poor communication, never spoke to an actual attorney although requested numerous times. No response to our emails, voicemails and messages. You will only speak to a clerk. 2. No attention to detail. Documents have “Honda” and “Ford” in the same correspondence. Additional inaccurate information, number of repairs... 3. Documents not provided as requested. Never received follow up letters for our case. We feel because they were never sent. 4. Dealing with The Lemon Law Group was more frustrating than dealing with Honda. We decided to drop the case because it is not worth the aggravation dealing with these people.

Horrible experience don’t trust these people for one second. Don’t expect a call back from a lawyer ever. I live in Colorado and my attorney that I never even got a chance to speak with mysteriously quit. The receptionist doesn’t have any customer skills what so ever. The company has no professionalism whatsoever. Unless you live in Florida my best advice is to find someone in your area. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association as well as the bbb.

Ok I thought I had bad impressions from this firm now that I read about it I confirm it ... I am working or pulling teeth from Rachel and this is just not working! It’s like they’re doing a favor instead of working for you... will take my case elsewhere !!!!!

This law firm is a disgrace! I DO NOT recommend. From the beginning, they have lied to me. The very first person I talked to said they could help me. I told them I needed to get OUT of this vehicle! IT IS NOT SAFE FOR MY CHILDREN! They don't care. Well, that was the last time I talked to that first person. Then I hear from a paralegal who takes my case. She dragged ass at the beginning, half ass answering my questions. I guess that was so the 10 days will pass so that I couldn't cancel the agreement. Then through emails and one letter, a couple months later, she was only able to get a $5k offer. Basically said I had to accept. Didn't really care to try to help me at all. I got the impression she didn't want to do her job. She didn't want to due her research. So, I speak to ANOTHER person who asks me what I want. I told him again, I need out of this car. I need KIA to take it back or give ma enough cash to pay it down so that I can trade it and not be upside down! Only then do they explain that with a buy back I will OWE money! WHAT?! He said we could take it to court, but that could take years and if nothing else happens to my car by then it could look bad for us, etc. So, I said I needed more cash. In a matter of hours he was able to get $2k more from KIA to cover their fee. They reduced from $3k to $2k. I basically felt like I had no choice but to accept, or else I would be stuck with having to pay the law firm out of pocket. FOR WHAT? They did NOTHING for me! So, a couple days after I sign the agreement, I get a settlement in the mail from KIA. Saying that the vehicle I have is in a class action law suit because of engine issues causing dangerous situations. Excuse me?!! This is exactly why I needed out. But as lawyers, shouldn't they have done their research and knew this? Used it to get me out of the car??!!! So, I reach back out and ask for a manager THREE times before I finally get a manager's EMAIL! I emailed him, but then hear from yet another person (who I have never talked to), and the email from him says "We will not be reducing the fees anymore". All this law firm cares about is the money. They could CARE LESS about what the customer needs. Yes, I am getting a cash settlement (if they forward me the check). It's been 6 weeks for so since I accepted and they said last week, the manufacturer is sending out now. However, it is not enough money to do anything. It's not enough to pay the loan down so I can trade it, it's not enough to pay off. I am still stuck with this dangerous car. This law firm sucks. DO NOT USE THEM!

Please don’t contact or hire these attorneys. They will ROB you, they will STEAL your money. They will LIE to you about their services. First they promised us we will get a buyback because there’s repairs done to our vehicle. Then they came back and offered us $5,000 a settlement that the manufacturer offered, HOWEVER they will charge $3,000 so they want us and forcing us and even hung up and wouldn’t let us talk because they want us to accept to take $2,000 and they keep $3,000 because the attorney is “pressuring us” to accept the offer. We want to take it in for another repair so that the manufacturer can give us either a buyback or more money, but the attorney’s secretary was very rude and even “sighing” to us, and hung up the phone because she is pressuring us to accept the offer. Again this is a very very bad company and they are sharks, stealing your money, and very rude, hanging up the phone, NEVER answering phone calls, and ignoring the fact that we’ve taken the vehicle for repairs more than 5 times. They just want money, they don’t want to help you. My advice is DO NOT go with them, do the claim yourself and you save $3,000 and the fact that you won’t get pressured, called on names, or begging these sharks! Please be very careful they put themselves FIRST, rather than the client and you’ll end up screwed!

not organized at all. people on my case keep getting switched without any follow up. my case is going on for 2 years now. I practically have to beg them to get any update for my case.
