I contacted Lemon Law Group, at which time I was not even sure if I had a case. After a brief conversation with an associate at Lemon Law Group, I was assured I had a case which could be pursued. The legal team did all the work and they negotiated a very good settlement, and worked out the repairs, with the manufacturer. It never hurts to make a call, you may have a case which will allow you to get the wrong, corrected.

They made getting my settlement easy! They took care of all communication with the vehicle company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They helped me receive the maximum amount even though they got paid the same amount whatever i was offered. They didn't try to convince me to take a lower offer so they could do less work and make the same amount. Very impressed with all the employees I was in contact with. Highly recommend!

I have had most of my dealings with Randy Dunbar. He is wonderful to work with and always promptly returns e mails or calls. It appears we have an excellent settlement with Aston Martin on a DB11 that has been a nightmare car.

Lemon Law Group helped me with my case against ford. I was unsure of how the process worked and what my options were but Kathryn helped me out with every question and walked me through the entire process. She is great at what she does and will fight to get you the best settlement deal. I for sure recommend Lemon Law Group.

We bought a luxury used vehicle, which in fact, turned out to be "a lemon" and we discovered this the very first night home, when purchased from the dealer. It was a difficult transaction because we had a few extra amenities on the car loan, like an extended warranty. However, The Lemon Law Group was very patient with us and fought very hard for us through the entire "buy back" process and the car loan was paid off 100% in full, plus we got a refund check from our lien holder. We would highly recommend The Lemon Law group for their expertise
