Using these lawyers is a waste time and money. They are the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure to work with. The few services that they provided could easily be done without them. They don’t follow up. I always had to call and email them to find out how the case was proceeding. Regrettably, a week was lost because the lawyer didn’t advised me that the car company responded. It was only after my additional follow up that the lawyer emailed “I thought I forwarded it to you, but it was apparently stuck in my drafts folder.” How unprofessional! I sent the final signed release back on October 5. Then on October 11, the assistant actually sent an email “I am following up on the signed release, please advise.” I had copied the “team” as well and after another week’s delay the assistant emailed back “Yes, it for some reason did not come through to me. The attorney forwarded it to me and I have processed it.” On September 17 at 2:17 p.m., the lawyer emailed “I believe it is the final offer. I would like to discuss this with you on Monday if possible.” Before I could respond at 3:29 p.m. he sent another email stating that they accepted my proposal so his advice was not reliable. From my experience I would not recommend using Lemon Law Group Partners, PLC.

Started the process May7th and now it's Oct 23rd and no solution still. Keep getting that GMC has responded in one email and then the next email says they are waiting on a response. Never talked to a lawyer just assistants that are the middle man.

They only help w/vehicles 2017 & newer. NO help w/anything else. No recommendations. They just hang up.

If you want to be treated like a number at a fast food restaurant use this firm. Their communication skills are a 0. Between the lawyer “whom you may never speak to unless you insist over several emails and phone calls.” and his assistants. As well as their communication with you as to what is going on. It took for ever and was like pulling teeth to get to speak to the lawyer and when I did it was clear he had no real clue at what issues I was having and what brought me to the need of legal help. Clearly he had not seen any correspondence between me and any of his people. The guy I talked to when I first called was nothing more than a used care salesman. A smooth talker just there to tell you what ever you want to hear and get you to sign the retainer ASAP. I’m sure he gets paid a commission on how many people he gets to sign one. Once they settled “which was after a very long lengthy process” and I signed a release for the settlement. I once again had to send multiple emails and correspondence as to what was going on. I received a quick response as to how it is normally a long process and they would check and see if there was any updates in the case and get back with me. Than another two months went by without a word from them so I emailed again asking for an update and received a response the next day saying the check was mailed out almost a month ago. One again showing their great lack of communication and care for their customers. So if you want to be treated like a customer at McDonalds. Sign that retainer and they will be happy to take care of you. They were not much better to deal with than Chrysler who had my truck for 4 months trying to fix it.

I do not recommend this law firm to handle your Lemon Lawsuit claim. Their website says "We settle your Texas Lemon Law claim fast and maximize your gain." Instead of fighting for my maximum gain. They wanted to settle for the minimum with Nissan's first offer and take the majority of the settlement. My car has been in the shop 11 times less than 2 years, and Nissan offered $2,750 and these guys caved in and wanted to take $2,000, and I only keep $750. Who in their right mind thinks this was a fair deal?

This is by far the worst firm to represent you in a lemon law case. They gave me a 5,000 dollar settlement and I get to keep my car. The funny thing is that my car has been in the shop for over two months. They do not want to release the car to me because of safety concerns. I denied the settlement. If I wanted questions or follow up I would have to call them and then get rushed off the phone. I had no idea what was going on with my case. They promised many things prior to signing with them and I haven’t even spoken to the attorney. I advised the secretary that I wanted to leave and she told me that I would have to pay the 3,000 dollar retainer because an offer was made. If they knew anything about my situation they would have know. That my vehicle was in the shop for over 60 days. 5,000 and keep the car that won’t be released to me. Great deal!!! I have asked to see the paper work that they have completed this far and have not received anything. I have sent an email to the person that handles the reviews on google. Again, nothing. I feel like just a number in this firm that doesn’t care about their client. I am still their client because we haven’t settled. I would love to leave but it will cost me $3,000. I would look elsewhere unless you want to be in the same situation I am in! I should have done my research first which is definitely my fault but somehow they had very high Yelp reviews. Before they say that I’m not a client to defend themselves my name is Sachiko k. and Maria was the secretary that I was working with. Still have never spoken to the lawyer so who knows who he is!

I called for a consultation and they were rude and would not hear what I had to say, I will not use them for any further business.

After a whole year of fighting with Kia in regards to a repair that they wouldn't fix. Over 15 attempts of taking the car in and leaving it, we wasted gas, time and had to find alternate transportation. I reached out to Lemon Law group in desperate need of assistance to help us with Kia. This was our first rodeo of having to encounter the help of a lawyer. Long story short Lemon Law group settled for us keeping the car and $5000 for our time, WHICH the law firm gets $3000.00. Big waste of time and long drawn out process.
