I was fairly happy with LLG based on the result I got. They processed a claim with GM and got it done. I can tell these guys handle a lot of volume as it's hard to find someone willing to take on Lemon Law Cases to begin with. LLG kind of processes claims like an assembly line so don't expect them to be your best friend when e-mailing or talking to them on the phone. It's all business with LLG. The important thing to know is that nothing is fast in the Legal field and your car manufacturer will push your patience to the extreme. It took about 4.5 Months to get everything settled. It's shameful what GM will do to you in order to get you frustrated enough to just trade the car in and move on. But if you have a lot of patience, LLG will make them pay.

I had to regularly email the office to get updates on my case. Aside from that, everything else was perfect.

The entire process of lemon lawing my truck was an absolute nightmare. The first two months of the process, I can honestly say wasn't the best with Lemon Law. However, after my case moved around to the right folks, they did an amazing job at getting my case resolved. Communication was solid, the outcome was exactly what I wanted, so I can still definitely recommend them.

Overall, good service. I feel like communication was a little rough in the beginning, but we got it figured out. The settlement was not what we had hoped for, but I believe everyone did the best they could to get us the results we wanted.
