A very professional and quick process made a tough two-year troubling experience with American Honda directly to fix a brand new 2019 car with severe electronic defects as enjoyable a process as any legal firm could hope to! We remain appreciative of their efforts on our behalf...and will not hesitate to reach back out to them should this vehicle reliability situation degrade into 100% un-usability (need to park the car out of safety concerns) and demand full repairs be made or full-buy-out of our ~$1,000/month auto loan with Navy Federal Credit Union. We believe we were treated as fairly as any company could treat a 25-year retired active duty military Family.

We had tried to take care of our situation ourselves with the manufacturer and had gotten virtually nowhere. We then decided to get the help of the better business bureau and they pretty much told us the manufacture says there is nothing wrong with the vehicle even though at that time the vehicle was currently broken down and at the repair shop. BBB would not return calls or emails. The manufacturer would not return calls or emails. We then contacted Lemon Law Group and with no effort on our part we had agreed on a settlement in a short period of time. I only wish we had contacted LLG first instead of trying to deal with a major corporation alone.
