Ten Months later and still no settlement received
We went to arbitration for the case we had on our New RV. There are so many things wrong with it, that it is falling apart. The RV Mfg was ordered to pay $15k in January 2024. Sara from Indiana was our attorney. We signed settlement papers in January 2024 as instructed and to this date, 10/30/2024 we still have not received the payment!! I have contacted Sara numerous times and all I get from her is excuses why we haven't received the settlement. She won't take the RV Mfg to court again for not paying the settlement. We get excuses from her for this too. Our advice is to find another firm for an RV case because you won't get your settlement. Lemon Law Group must think it's a joke to get a settlement because they don't follow up and enforce it. Like we said, we've been waiting 10 months now for our settlement and we still don't have it and now Sara is out on medical leave again. We DO NOT recommend Lemmon Law Group unless you want excuses and never get your settlement!

We understand how frustrating it is to deal with ongoing issues related to a defective RV, and we recognize how important timely resolution is for our clients. However, it’s important to clarify that our firm has limited control over when a manufacturer actually issues payment after a settlement or arbitration award. While we secured a $15,000 arbitration award for you in January 2024, the timing of the manufacturer’s payment is not something we can directly control without pursuing further legal steps. It’s also important to note that our firm does not receive any payment until you do.
We aggressively pursued this matter and successfully secured a $15,000 arbitration award for you—an outcome that reflects the strength of your claim and our commitment to your case. Our role does not end at the award, and we have continued to follow up with the manufacturer on your behalf. Unfortunately, manufacturers do not always cooperate in a timely manner, and delays can occur even after a binding decision is issued.
Regarding your comments about court enforcement: arbitration decisions are legally binding, but the process of converting that award into a court-enforceable judgment is not always immediate or straightforward, especially when the manufacturer is unresponsive. That said, your frustration is heard, and we remain committed to helping you resolve this matter.
Finally, we ask that you refrain from making personal attacks on our staff. Medical leave is a legitimate and protected matter, and should not be used as a basis for judgment.
If you’d like an update or further explanation, we invite you to contact our office so we can assist you directly.

Non-existent Representation
Upon initial call it sounded like I had a great case against Dodge and we could move forward. Once I signed the retainer it was a whole different company. Almost impossible to get any response to questions and despite my request to actually speak to my lawyer via phone in hopes of getting some understanding of my case as a whole, I never got any answers or real guidance. They did get a reply from Dodge and didn't give me any details, even though I asked. I finally gave up and had to trade the car in as I can't go without transportation indefinitely without any idea of what was actually going on. Do yourself a favor and pick a different firm.
Response from Lemon Law GroupMay 15, 2025
We’re sorry you feel this way, but your experience is not an accurate reflection of how your claim was handled. After signing the retainer, your case was processed and submitted promptly. Once the manufacturer responded, we informed you of that response. However, before we could begin negotiations or provide additional details, you requested to terminate your case.
Our firm operates on a contingency basis, meaning we don’t get paid unless we recover compensation for you. We had every incentive to pursue your claim and were prepared to do so, but you chose to withdraw before we had the opportunity. We understand the frustration of dealing with a defective vehicle, but legal cases take time—and unfortunately, ending the case early limited what could be done on your behalf.

As the previous 1 star reviews say is…
As the previous 1 star reviews say is true, very little fight, non aggressive, benefit is for them not us. My 2023 Camaro 1LE with less than 9k miles engine caught on fire after dealer have made 3+ attempts to fix an engine noise. After a full lifter change the engine caught on fire after driving it around 300 miles. Looks like something arched and sparked a fire. Either way the attorneys say all the great things on the initial call but in reality once you sign with them it did not seem that way. Very unorganized, I provided all documentation so they can jump to a resolution as fast as possible, they did not attempt to call GM or the dealer, they sent a (one) letter to seek settlement. I pushed and pushed to get them to speak on the phone with GM but they rather sit and wait for someone someday to respond to their letter. I never ever received a phone call or email from the attorney or representative on their own, it was always me requesting an update. They asked for the same documentation 3 times, they came back with 3,000 settlement and they wanted to charge me 3,000 for their services (1 letter), this took over 3 months, they never had anyone inspect my car at all, they deemed it total loss, the only thing they caused was frustration, extensive time wasted, they caused all communication to be blocked from the dealer and GM, i have 7 years extended warranty and the dealer would not communicate with me. I told them to reach out to the dealer or GM to honer my right to contact the dealer and inspect or repair anything as GM stated. The law firm did nothing to establish any kind of communication from the dealer. I told them that i do not agree on the settlement and that i needed my vehicle bought back, it is not safe to drive and/or for GM to look into it further. Because GM and the Lemon Law firm jumped on a slap in the face settlement that is when i knew that the firm was looking out for themselves and not us. My engine caught on fire while driving and i they did not care about the severity of this incident. They would have just put money in their pocket and we would have to deal with the rejection from GM and the dealer. Since I wrote back to them and mapped all of the expenses i had and the intention of having GM to buy back the vehicle they wrote back that going to court was something they would not file arbitration or litigation. Therefore they decided to terminate representation and not proceed. They did all the opposite that they claim, they want easy money, please please please do not use them.
I do not need anyone from your firm to reply with any comments, I have all the emails and documentation showing how unsatisfactory your team is. Last but not least, the previous attorney that was representing me said that i had a strong case and i should pursue will filing. She left because of health issues and its understandable. This new attorney that stepped in took less than a month to figure this out and jump to a conclusion without any options, still says my situation is a strong case but they are unable to continue representing me. Waste of time, waste of money and waste of hope.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your experience is important to us, and we take your concerns seriously as we work to provide the best service possible.
It’s important to clarify that your claim was handled on a contingency basis. This means that our firm only earns a fee if we are able to secure a successful resolution for our clients. In your case, despite our efforts, we were unable to negotiate a settlement, and as a result, our firm received no compensation for our work.
Our attorneys approach each case with diligence and transparency, and we never make promises about specific outcomes. Every decision to proceed with litigation is based on the merits of the case and whether we believe it is in the best interest of the client. When our attorneys determine that a case does not warrant further legal action, it is done with careful consideration of all available facts and circumstances.

Be Very Cautious
I would never ever recommend this practice. I have a car, that has made me physically sick since I’ve had it. I’ve had the car into the dealership multiple times to try to find the source of the putrid odor coming from the air vents. They haven’t been able to identify the problem, or the cause. I spoke with the State Attorney General’s office about the issue. I was told that because this is a safety issue, that I only need one failed repair attempt. I’ve had more than that. Since I knew I would be getting involved with a major corporation, I thought it wise to get legal representation. That is still true, but not this group of lawyers. They are absolutely incompetent. I had very little contact with them, and it was mostly the paralegal. I told them more than once about the odor issue, but I was told that this would only be mentioned briefly in my suit. Excuse me??? I was not trying to get compensation because I decided I didn’t like the color of the car, or that I changed my mind. That would be unethical, and dishonest on my part, and that would be unacceptable for me to run my life in that manner. The so called experts did nothing to further my case. In the meantime, the corporation has denied my request, and I continue to have respiratory distress from the car. I was notified that my complaint and request had been denied, by email. I tried multiple times to get in contact with the attorney to discuss the matter, and my calls were not returned. I did miss a call, and returned the call. No response. I was told I should get a personal injury attorney for my situation. I have done an online search, and for the exact same issue, this corporation has awarded compensation. I am warning people, this is a sham company that does at most, minimal amount of work. They shirked the responsibility they had to me, as their client, and I seriously doubt that they were taught due diligence in whatever “law school” they attended. These attorneys ( sarcasm ON)
and their ilk are what makes people have major distrust for the profession. If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing it right. The Lemon Law Lawyer group should be avoided at all costs, and in all seriousness should disband and not be allowed to continue to work for the public. They are not an organization that has the best interest of their client at heart. As a side note, in my profession, if I were to ignore calls, or treat a client as nearly nonexistent, then I could lose my license, and/or be sued.
I highly recommend that people think long and hard about hiring this firm. I’m aware there are five star reviews on here, but I would be interested to know how many negative experiences never make it to light. Be very cautious about this group.

Very Little Fight
On the consultation call, I was told they'd fight for a buyback or replacement of my Lemon as it was squeaking and the infotainment system kept failing to no avail, no matter how many times I took it in. my attorney never even contacted me, it was always the assistant or paralegal. Once the first settlement came, it was ridiculously low, so we continued negotiations. The second offer came in and I thought it was still very low and not even close to a buyback or replacement, but the law firm advised we take this offer and that this is a pretty common settlement. I asked for the lawyers outlook on it and he said he'd check with him and came back and stated he thinks it's a good offer otherwise we risk losing the whole case. Why didn't they tell me that it would likely end in a ridiculously low amount with ZERO fight from the law firm??? Not happy with their efforts at all!!!

Misleading Representation and Failed Support
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Lemon Law Group Partners-lemonlawgrouppartners.com-, a law firm that claims to specialize in handling lemon law cases, particularly for car owners dealing with issues even after their warranties have expired. Despite their supposed expertise and assurance that my case was viable, my encounter with them has left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.
Firstly, the firm boasts about being composed of former car manufacturer attorneys, leading one to believe that they have an insider’s perspective on handling lemon law cases. However, my experience suggests otherwise. I own an Audi Q3 with a persistently leaking sunroof, a well-documented problem that has plagued numerous owners according to various Audi forums and even resulted in a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer.
I diligently submitted detailed documentation of five separate repairs for the same issue over a three-year period. Despite the clear pattern and widespread acknowledgment of the problem, Lemon Law Group Partners astonishingly informed me that they could not move forward with my case. Their reason? My vehicle apparently did not qualify for lemon law relief, even though the warranty had expired just one day after the last repair.
This decision left me bewildered. If my case, with its well-documented history of repeated repairs for a known issue affecting numerous Audi Q3 owners, doesn’t qualify for their services, it raises serious doubts about the firm’s ability to handle lemon law cases effectively. It seems that their promises of expertise in navigating cases beyond warranty expiration are nothing more than empty assurances.
Furthermore, the dismissive attitude displayed by Lemon Law Group Partners toward my case is concerning. Despite the widespread evidence of the recurring issue and the existence of a class action lawsuit against Audi for the same problem, the firm inexplicably decided my case was not worth pursuing. This experience has left me questioning their competence and wondering if they are genuinely committed to advocating for consumers dealing with defective vehicles.
In conclusion, based on my frustrating encounter, I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution when considering Lemon Law Group Partners. If my well-documented case doesn’t meet their criteria for lemon law relief, it casts doubt on the efficacy of their services. Save yourself the time and disappointment – look elsewhere for legal representation in lemon law cases.
