I would recommend The Lemon Law Group. Got a settlement and they did the legwork for me which is what I needed. As it turns out, our case was open and shut and we would have received the same settlement regardless of their assistance, but the guidance was helpful. I would have liked at least one contact with the actual attorney on our case instead of only the paralegal and admin, just as a PR move, if nothing else.

I battled with the manufacturer for almost 2 years. The lemon law group was recommended to me and they got on the case right away. Less then a year I got a settlement. It wasn’t the greatest but at least they were able to help me.

Overall great! Always contacted me in a timely manner regarding important information. Even if it was a period of just waiting, reassurance was there saying they were still around to help. Most contact was through email, which was convenient for me with a busy schedule and not being able to answer calls. However, I did receive phone calls if I needed more information about something or if they needed an answer in a timely fashion. The only reason for 4/5 stars was the fact that I was never in contact with the lawyer, just with the case manager. This wasn’t critical for me but would have been nice to know who was defending me.
