Randy the transaction coordinator was…
Randy the transaction coordinator was amazing! In all honesty he was the only one in the office that really showed any effort towards our case. I know things happen but the ball got dropped several times with other people he really was amazing and would recommend anyone dealing with him From this firm

Overall an ok experience
Overall an ok experience. Had difficulty getting any sort of response to my phone calls and emails until Randy took over my case. They almost missed the filing deadline for my case but I was contacting them every day to make sure it was filed. The process took over a year to get a offer from the RV manufacturer. The offer was not what I was hoping for but was better than what I could get on my own.
