I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone. They shuffle you around from legal assistant to legal assistant who have no clue what they are doing. They do not return phone calls. They do not return emails. They mislead you and If it wasn't for Randy Dunbar who seems to be the only person that takes his job seriously and knows what he's doing we would have probably lost our case. Even after we won the legal assistant we were assigned to would ask us for papers then turn around and say she never received them even though she emailed us stating she received all forms. She does not follow up with the manufacturer. She always had some excuse. The case should have been closed a few weeks earlier but due to her negligence she ended up costing us a couple hundred dollars more. I am so glad we are done with this firm. If I ever have to file another lemon law case I will not use them.
