Satisfied with my purchase and their delivery

Lelands in Lampasas is the only place I recommend in the Central Texas area. I live in Harker Heights, about a mile from one of their competitors but chose to drive out to Lampasas and I was not disappointed. Fast friendly service and a great building for my son's workshop at a price I can afford!

From start to finish it was hassle free. The on the onsit build was quick to the finish and completed to our satisfaction.

I looked at a lot of buildings from a lot of big and small companies before I made my decision. The reason I went with lelands is because of their awesome customer service. I was treated like a valued customer the first time I looked there and a month later when I went back to take a second look. They have good quality buildings at very competitive prices. Delivery was prompt and I even had a custom building, it was worth the small wait and the customizations are fairly inexpensive.

Everything was fine the first day, the sales person was very helpful and working on selling me the cabin. He did good. Then when I called a few days later to ask him a question, he acted like he didn't care. He told me to call the financial institution that have my account, I knew that! I just want to ask him a question that I think he have the answer but he didn't want to. In general, Im happy with my cabin and is already payoff. Honestly, next time I will go to another place to buy another one.

Our nonprofit has ordered Leland products for years (Cabin, Gazebo, 2 loafing sheds, 2 storage buildings) - LOVE the reps in Denton. Even when we had problems, they made it right quickly. Recently however we ordered a small cabin through the main office. I emailed often to see when I could give measurements for a window unit our nonprofit already owned & was told each time I would be getting a call. (This was going to save our nonprofit some money). Then we were told to come do a walkthrough - a new window unit had already been installed. (We let this one go.) When we went for the walkthrough, there were some structural issues that needed correcting as in our first cabin (first cabin forgot a window but quickly resolved) - no big deal - but it felt like this time we were putting them out for their mistake. When the cabin did arrive we focused on checking the structural changes & didn't notice the 3-piece towel set that had not been installed. We emailed the home office as soon as we noticed it. Again, no big deal - what is a big deal is that no one from the main office has responded to our email. Our Denton reps (who did not oversee this process with this purchase since it was ordered through the Home Office) checked the contract & have forwarded the problem also to the home office but have not heard back. We even said we could install them ourselves (husband is a builder), but again no response. **Bottom line, Leland makes a good product & we expect mistakes will happen, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE & communication with the home office has dropped considerably. We run a nonprofit & are accountable for every penny, so a window unit & 3-piece towel set makes a difference to us, but CUSTOMER SERVICE makes a bigger difference. Maybe Leland has gotten too big. Still love our reps at the Denton office but will seriously look elsewhere for our next cabin. PS. Since writing this review, our 3-pc towel set was mailed to us & Amber at the home office who was unaware of these issues called to make it right. Thank you Amber!
