Buying it was easy. Getting it delivered was not. Had to go over dispatchers head to get it delivered.

Communication between sales and factory was lacking. Sales did not communicate all of our wishes. Also the cabin took 8 weeks vs the 4 to 6 we were originally quoted. Also 2, why will it take a month to install the deck? They got their money on time and then nothing.

Good building but it was close to 2 months before delivery.

When we got our garage storage unit and it was all set up, we could not use either the dead bolt lock or the regular lock on the side door because they would not line up with the frame openings. The door knob would not work and the keys would not fit the dead bolt lock. We also could not lock the roll up garage door because it would not line up with the opening provided on the rail for the latch. We look forward to getting these items repaired and then our review may possibly go up.

Everything looked good when delivered. They did forget to put the wind turbine on it. They did say they would come out and make it right.

My only issue is with the delivery of the building. Some of the boards at the roof are lose i didn't notice til the delivery guy left. I'm concerned the frame maybe bent on my building

Well we are getting a bigger building with heavier floor joist. And they gave us a small discount for what we have paid..( like almost half of what we paid in payments.) Would give them a better review but we still lost a lot of money due to the quality of the first building..2000$ alone in payments plus a lot of materials and time...my best guess around a 4000$ loss. Even after they helped fix our issues..but it's better than nothing I guess.maybe someday if we ever have to buy another one we can give a better review then but as for now that's the best I can give them.

Only giving an average rating because of the following. (1) Scheduling the delivery was extremely difficult. From not receiving a call to coordinate the delivery like they said would happen; to having to track down the driver; to rescheduling the delivery because of delivery truck issues. (2) Once I started filling the new shed I began to notice the sloppy craftsmanship, which includes nails missing studs and loose studs. (3) I purchased a ramp to go along with the shed. One weld has already broke from just foot traffic. Overall average service and average quality of product.
