This company is absolutely horrible. They claim to be a Christian based company, yet let my husband go for literally no reason at all. They stated that the company has gone in a different direction and no longer needed his services. The problem lies with leadership because they cannot get their software figured out and is causing a lot of issues with dealers not being able to make sales. Also, the team in the Grandview office from what I understand, have huge egos yet nothing to show for it. Steer clear of this company! They are not who they claim to be whatsoever. Leland and Marcus Ulrich are absolutely a disgrace and hypocrites.

Bought our first building from Ulrich, Lealand is owned by the brother. Thought quality and customer service maters....NOPE their issues are yours. Sloppy paint, staples and nails on exterior, took time to get them here to remediate and they repaired that issue, however the building was not level, we wanted that corrected and they told us they would not level it because that was on contract with delivery. So delivery not gonna come because we live in texas and they said the building settled. The center blocks were not even contacting the support beams/runners. All in all this was a miserable experience and has created stress between the wife and I. I leveled the building myself because It was not gonna happen waiting on this fly by night teams. Excuse after excuse. Latest one they are trying to hire warranty help. Well if all buildings are like ours, they work those folks to death. They want the money and then you are on your own. They will post a lame response in reply to my review. We have pictures to share.

Worst exspierience of my life. They charge you an insurance fee but will not let you place a claim, will not fix any mistakes and will avoid talking to you. I am returning my portable building and will now do business with Wolf Valley Portable Buildings because they actually care about the customers satisfaction. I will be contacting the BBB.

Sorry people from top to bottom, now Marcus is bugging my wife. I’ve left my number on all correspondence yet they won’t talk to me, the customer or refund my money. What a sorry excuse. Guess I will contact the BBB as a start.

They took entirely too long to get it built. When they did get here it was a contractor they hire the jobs out to and they had horrible attitudes. The contractors left early without finishing the job and blamed the rain. They worked in it all day to the point they left (light drizzle, but still rain) When they returned the next day he knocked so lightly I'm convinced he was hoping no one would hear and answer. I have a door bell! After they finished the job, they came to the door asking (with an attitude) "how do you plan on paying for the balance?" First of all, youre a contractor, it's none of your business. Second, it was already paid in full, which is probably why we were given such a hard time. Lesson learned! I will NEVER recommend Leland sheds to anyone.

I received the wrong color building, told the driver and he said he would call Lelands asap. that was 1-15-18, haven't heard a thing. I ordered this building in Waxahachie and even took a picture of my Lelands building I bought in 2008, then pointed to a building on the lot which was a dark brown as would best match my present building. Paid almost $4600.00 and would have liked to have gotten what I paid for. Guess I should have refused delivery, but at the time I really didn't need the hassle of what that might bring.

1 . It took more than 3 weeks to have my used barn delivered. 2. The driver damaged the roof on the barn when he delivered it. 3. The driver was also supposed to relevel my other barn which is under warranty, but he refused to do so. Stated nobody told him to do it and it was not his job. 4. Driver did a horrible job of blocking my barn. uneven and unlevel . 5. I was not given any keys for the barn. Was told after the fact that it did not come with keys. This is information I should have been told prior to the sell. I have purchased several of products from Lelands but I will never use Lelands again. I will go to another builder. I feel that Lelands has lost site of their goals of customer satisfaction .

This is the last of three sheds that I have purchased from Leland's..... i do live in a remote area but there always seems to be some reason these sheds/buildings are never installed on time. My building was to be installed tomorrow but due to a truck being down, i have yet again been rescheduled.... ironically you cannot get a scheduled date until you pay for half of your building up front. The truck was down in a remote area and needed parts, wonder if they know parts can be hotshoted? My last experience with these folks, and if by some chance you try to reach the person that sold the building to you. Not gonna happen..... By the way my ECD was 8-1-17.
