Amazing service at the site! Friendly ams fast!! Got is the building we needed in just a few days. Delivery and set up team did an excellent job putting a very large building exactly where we wanted it.

Overall, we were satisfied with the building and the delivery. There was a board in the floor of our storage building that wasn't​ nailed down completely. Other than that, we're pleased.

So glad we went with Leland's!!! They did such a great job and made great effort to communicate before and after the building date!

My first mistake was listing my brother as an alternate contact, because they have NEVER used my name in all the correspondence or phone calls, even after I told them repeatedly that I was the customer, not my brother. After repeated calls to my brother, I finally got them to call MY number to arrange the delivery and the delivery service was great- he put it exactly where I wanted it and leveled it. The problems began when he told me I owed the balance before he left. I was NEVER told that I had to pay the balance when it was delivered. I called the office and they quoted me a bill $300 dollars more than I owed. Thankfully the delivery driver had printed me the correct bill. If it wasn't for him I would give this one star, as they just sent me this email to MY BROTHER's NAME AGAIN

The Graham dealer was excellent - everything was so easy and delivery was just as described. Would buy from this again if needed.

The entire experience was 1st class

We have purchased two buildings from Rick Harris and have been extremely happy with both. Everyone all around is easy to work with and makes the experience very simple and sweet.
