The ordering process was simple and straight forward, Greg did a wonderful job communicating all the options and help me pick the perfect garden shed for my wife. Leland called and let me know the shed was being built and when to expect delivery. The delivery company was awesome to work with - they called me a couple of days ahead of time to schedule the deliver, they were on time and professional. They went the extra step to make sure the shed was positioned exactly where I wanted it and leveled it up very well, all bubbles showed perfectly level. Brandon installed the ramp and did a final check and asked "Is it perfect?" and it was! The whole delivery process took about 45 minutes. Excellent service and very pleased! I will be contacting them again for my barn next year. Thanks to all the folks involved in making this happen! The only reason this is not a 5 star is the shed needed to be swept out due to wood shavings and nails left behind and the one flower box is not exactly level but that can be fixed.

They are totally great , in all parts of the service , great to work with and they do all they can to make you happy etc, only reason. I give a 4 and not a 5 is on del and set up they just cant seem to get building LEVEL , my second one with them and both had the issue , but other than that I would refer anyone to them anytime anywhere

Buy a Leland's Barn or shed first or you'll wish you had. I chose another company last year for my first shed, big mistake! Leland's, trustworthy!

Great service. Had my 12x16 assembled on-site and the crew was prompt, courteous, and no mess! Everyone who has seen the building comments on how nice it is.

I ordered a 8 x 12 Garden Shed. My sale man told me that someone from Leland would call me 2 or 3 days after I ordered to let me know how long it would be to have my building built and delivered. No one called. I called my sales man and was told that my order was in production and someone will call me. Two weeks later, still no call, so I called that Leland number I found of the web and asked for info on my order. Again, I was told it was in production and it will take 6 to 8 weeks for my shed. Two days later a delivery man called and asked if he could deliver the next day. WHAT? The deliver didn't happen for almost two weeks later, mainly because of the weather. BUT, after the delivery guys left and set the shed as I wanted, I noticed white paint dots all over the front. Like on the doors. And inside there is a nail that was only half hammered in, like it was used as a hook or something. To me, the shed that was delivered was not one that was just built as I was told would be, but one Leland had around. If so, I'm OK with that, but I'm not OK with the white paint dots all over the doors. This is my third order with Leland and I have to say it was a bad deal.
