Great buildings from Lelands, had 2 sheds built on site and painted to match our home, just beautiful all around build, both craftsmen were fantastic, those guys know what their doing and were very professional during their stay. I would definately recomend Leland sheds or lofted barns that I purchased to anyone..... Thank you again Leland

This is an update to my previous review - Don't walk run review made on Oct 3rd. It is Oct 25 and our new shed was delivered this morning. Yes the one-2 weeks was 3 but we did get the shed. It did not have the insulation that we had previously ordered but we knew and agreed to that. The reason for the 2 stars is we did get a shed at last but how can their management think that the correct way to handle a situation is to raise your voice at a customer and then hang up on them like a child? The response to the previous review was that they reached out to us when in fact my husband made not one but several phone calls and Mr Looney refused to take his call leaving the poor receptionist to try and explain how long it would take to get our money returned. When Mr. Looney did at last take the call we were told not to make any more bad reviews and they would deliver our shed, top priority, Not one time has management called to apologize or offer to help in any way. I understand that Mr. Barnes has family in Puerto Rico and that is very upsetting but guess what so do we. My family also has a retail business and if we treated our customers this way it would not have lasted for the last 57 years. But then again we were taught that if there was a problem you reached out, kept the customer updated, and never NEVER raised your voice and always behaved as an adult with dignity. So if you want a good quality shed, very very very poor customer service but a great receptionist this is place for you.

8'X10' wooden shed was purchased on 9/20/17 and delivered Oct 12, 2017, eighteen days prior to delivery dead line Nov 1, 2017. Transportation and installation appliances, tools and materials were state of the art and impressive. Delivery man James Miller was punctual. He installed four anchors and six concrete plus wooden block without any difficulty. He was well trained and an expert.

1 . It took more than 3 weeks to have my used barn delivered. 2. The driver damaged the roof on the barn when he delivered it. 3. The driver was also supposed to relevel my other barn which is under warranty, but he refused to do so. Stated nobody told him to do it and it was not his job. 4. Driver did a horrible job of blocking my barn. uneven and unlevel . 5. I was not given any keys for the barn. Was told after the fact that it did not come with keys. This is information I should have been told prior to the sell. I have purchased several of products from Lelands but I will never use Lelands again. I will go to another builder. I feel that Lelands has lost site of their goals of customer satisfaction .

Dave and Glen WERE excelent and awsome team. Glad they were sent out. Highly recommend the two of them. Were also patient and kind.
