Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

We had a wonderful experience working with Ari Forman from Leibish & Co. Everything, from selection, to prices, to knowledgeable advice and wonderful service, was just perfect. Ari guided us through the whole process, gave us very smart and sound advice, and handled the whole transaction beautifully. Also, the craftsmanship on our piece was just unbelievably detailed and perfectly executed. The quality and attention to detail are just the best. Even the packaging was awesome. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing and/or designing that very special piece of jewelry. Thank you very much Ari and Leibish!

I was at first sceptical of buying an engagement ring online. However, after my experience with Leibish & Co. my worries were put at ease. Ari provided me with professional and courteous customer service from the day I visited the website to the day the yellow diamond was placed on my fiancés finger. I communicated with Ari online and via phone, I was provided with hi resolution photographs and video to help with my purchase. When I received the ring it was professionally packaged in a larger elegant box with all the other supporting documents neatly organized. Ari assured me that my fiancé and I would love the ring and he was right! I would recommend Leibish & Co. to anyone! -Eric Toronto

A Second Review This is NOT my first iVouch for Leibish. I have placed so many orders with Ari (we have to be in the double digits by now, easily), I almost feel like family! Leibish has been so wonderful about taking care of me as a customer, I hardly know where to begin! I just recently asked Leibish to exchange a few items (even though their customary thirty day return policy had passed, they made the necessary adjustments and I am, again, a most happy consumer. Most companies would never show this kind of care. I can only say that Leibish is the only company that I'd purchase anything from!...okay, they sell diamonds but BUSINESS could take a marvelous lesson from the lovely people at Leibish and the way they conduct business. I adore their attention to detail, their promptness, the quality of their merchandise and the people who make sure that your experience is wonderful...even for returning and returning and returning (the point's been made) customers such as myself. Thank you all wonderful people at Leibish. Talk to you soon!

My husband and I bought my engagement ring from Leibish, it is the 1.02 ct yellow intensive diamond, the quality of the diamond ring is superb and the stone is so so so so sparkling. Our account executive is Jason Roskind and he is so nice and patient to assist us with every step of the purchase. The shipping quality is excellent as well. If I could I will insert a picture of my ring here, cause word cannot describe the beauty of it, definitely love it.

Meira Ovadia was fantastic from start to finish. She communicated and responded in a timely fashion throughout the whole process. Truth be told, Leibish & Co did what they said and delivered in a big, big way. My now fiancée is absolutely ecstatic with her ring!

From beginning to end, I received excellent support. Meira was knowledgeable, personable and addressed all my questions and queries very promptly. Trustworthy company in my experience.

I Was very skeptical using a company from another country. Jason is a great asset to this company as he guided me through the whole process of making my custom ring I am thrilled with it and would recommend their company
