Leibish & Co.Reviews of leibish.com

I had wanted a yellow diamond for some time, but there weren't any local jewelers that had a wide variety of options. So, I took to the web to check out my options. There are several sites offering colored diamonds online, but few have the expertise, rich descriptions, and detail images that Leibish provides. I had a wonderful experience working with Ari and he was very helpful during the 3-months it took me to pick out a stone and decide on a setting. It's difficult to compare and contrast stones online, and he was kind enough to take pictures of the stones side by side and accomodate other requests on my behalf. I love my new ring and I'm already dreaming about my next colored diamond purchase. When that time comes, I'll definitely be reaching out to Leibish.

Buying a diamond for an engagement ring can be an intimidating experience but Jason was super helpful - answering all of our questions, sending extra pictures, and offering his advice when we narrowed down the choices at the end. The experience couldn't have been better for us and we love the yellow diamond we ended up purchasing. Shipment was quick and easy and the package it arrived it was as high end as the rest of the experience. We'd recommend Leibish&Co. to everyone looking for a colored diamond.

This journey has indeed been worthwhile. I, like many people, are very hesitant when shopping online, especially with something so unique and valuable. I am a Sales expert for over two decades now and very successful because of two words- CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the beginning, Meira Ovadia, has been a delight and a pleasure dealing with, from all levels from product knowledge to ensuring all was taken care with my purchases. She gave me the comfort and TRUST needed to proceed to obtaining such a fine diamond. It is with most certainty that my future fiance/wife will be blown away with her engagement ring. Leibish & Co. hold on to Meira. She alone is as valuable as the gems you sell every day to your consumers! THANK YOU Meira!

The service I received from Jason at Leibish was second to none. The diamond necklace turned up today as agreed and is beautiful.

This was the best online service I have ever received. I was bit nervous about buying an expensive item online but there was absolutely no dramas. Timely emails right till time of delivery alleviating any concern I had.

Amazing service from Ari Forman at Leibish. I contacted the company through the website (which has a very large selection of diamonds - loose and already set, is well organized and was easy to use) and worked with Ari mostly by email. Made the payment to their bank account and received my items. After closely reviewing one of the items, i needed to return it (because it was not the right size) and this was a quick transaction as well. Their prices were also very good and provide great value for money. I was hesitant to buy diamonds online, but dealing with Ari and Leibish was very smooth. Thanks for a beauitful necklace. I really really wish I had found Leibish earlier .... they now have a customer for life!!

There are many diamondtaires out there who proclaim they are the best ones for gem purchases and prices. In my humble opinion my experiences have shown me differently. As a collector, I have dealt with quite a few of these people internationally, out of courtesy I won't mention who these institutions are, however I will say this. Of all these fine people, the one that strikes me the most and has to be at the top of my list is definitely "Leibish & Co." The service I have received from them in this past year, and the diamonds I have purchased, to say is EXCELLENT, is an understatement. When It comes to price, quality, service and just overall courtesy and attention I would highly recommend Leibish & Co. they are definitely the best in the business for me, and I may add, I will be loyal to them and will continue to do business with them for many years to come. In case you may not be aware, Mr Leibish has been in business in this company with his whole family since 1979. He is highly respected and revered in the diamond world, and because they are so prominent and do such a high volume business, you can understand why their prices and quality are next to none.......and their sales staff ? Only the best. I would like to give a mention of notice for Amir Fogil , one of the best salesmen in the business that I have ever dealt with, it's always a pleasure doing business with people who care and always put your best interests ahead of theirs. In closing, I am SOLD on Leibsh & Co. and I think that other consumers out there should be taking advantage of this fine institution as I have and will continue to do so. By the way, they have offices in Israel, Hong Kong, and New York and probably a few more places that I'm not aware of....in any case..........a BIG Thank you for Leibish & Co. you are the best ! Kind Regards, Phil D....Alberta CANADA.
