The urn is beautiful and yes the paws…
The urn is beautiful and yes the paws are engravable. A little bigger than expected but love it. Perfect resting place for my baby that doesn't read like an urn and makes me smile when I look at it.

I found the keepsake urn that my sister…
I found the keepsake urn that my sister and I wanted. Later I had to change the shipping address and that was done and confirmed to me. I am please with the urn and service.

The urns were beautiful but you failed…
The urns were beautiful but you failed to include glue which created a huge problem. Now I have to go and find the proper glue that will stick to the urn. This is uacceptable!

Dear miss Harden, Thank you for your review. It's true we don't include separate glue with the urn. We sell it as a standalone item under related products as not all of the urns require (the same) glue and many people already have glue at home. Secondly our customer service is opened during business hours and reachable by e-mail, phone and chat for any question one might have about urns the type of glue to use or any other related subject. Very clear and updated communication…
Very clear and updated communication for tthe he time of ordering to delivery day. I would recommend the packaging be improved. The urn was slightly damaged in freight . It will not affect the product usability. I will have the mortuary examine prior to using it. Thank you for such professional and reliable service, Ronnie

Above and beyond
I received the beautiful urns for 2 dear cats. The urns are special and unique-quite perfect for my darling pets. There had been issues with the shipper. LegendURN reached out to me. They then worked with the shipper so the shipper arranged special delivery. LegendURN’s service was exceptional. I am very grateful.
