Black Satin Heart with Paw Prints Urn
I received my Black Satin Heart with Paw Prints Urn. I was pleased that my Urn arrived so quickly from the Netherlands to me here in Canada, I was expecting it to take much longer. It was very well packaged for the journey. The Urn is larger then I expected and overall very beautiful. My only complaints are that one of the paw prints the gold outlining is basically missing while it's noticeable on all the other paw prints, and also that there is some type of flaking of the ceramic on the inside, which when I lifted it up bits of ceramic fell out, and when I looked inside is when I noticed some strange flaking ceramic material hanging from the inside. For the almost $300 spent it was disheartening to see that; However overall it looks beautiful, no damages otherwise. Would still recommend LegendURN.

I never received the product or a…
I never received the product or a refund. We finally received our purchase today 6-28-21. It was about 2 weeks. The product is lovely the delivery was extremely slow.

Urgent need for a particular urn
Urgent need for a particular urn, short notice, too little time for a production run. The item was found, in stock and shipped fastest way by DHL to Washington State in USA. Arrived on time and in perfect shape. All personnel at Legend were helpful, concerned and went the extra mile to fulfill this order. More than satisfied, definitely 5 Stars!

It is absolutely beautiful
It is absolutely beautiful! The only issue I had was it took so long to receive. I didn’t have this beautiful urn at my husband’s service. I would have loved to have shown.

Thank you for your review despite the fact you're giving us but one star. Your order has been shipped out on april 23rd. We always send the tracking numbers out to our customers so they can track and follow the shipment. Once we ship it out we're not going to track each shipment of each customer endlessly of course. We send the track & traces out so you can monior if there's an issue with the shipment. In the case of your order the shipment indeed has not had an udate for quite some time. In such a case you can contact us so we can contact the postal services and request an update on the situation. This is the same with all orders placed online with any online shop. In the event a parcel might be lost we will reship out your order at no cost. For now we've already requested an investigation following your review and as soon as we get an update we'll inform you. Mind you we're aware that currently there's a huge backlog at USPS which has created considerably delays in the treatment of parcels. An investigation can take up to some days before they come back with a result so please stay tuned until we get feedback about your shipment. If your parcel is indeed lost, then, like mentioned before we ship out your order anew or you can choose tog et a full refund. So all this is inlcuded in our services.
