Placed an order 10 days ago. They do NOT produce their own jackets. They sell Cockpit USA jackets, which you can get directly from Cockpit USA. I spoke to Chris (owner), a few days ago and he said he would check with Cockpit USA and make sure the order was shipped. At this point it is total radio silence. This is not a serious company. Don’t waste your money.

I want to warn anyone considering working with or purchasing from LegendaryUSA. My approved affiliate commissions (over $400) have been pending since October 2025, and despite sending countless emails to their support team, sales team, and even “Chris Jacobs,” I have received absolutely no meaningful response. The problem is not the amount of money — it’s the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. A legitimate brand should at least acknowledge messages and provide an update, yet all my attempts were ignored. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this brand, whether as an affiliate or a customer. Their silence and unwillingness to resolve a simple payout issue are deeply concerning.

I finally got my hands on the RAF sheepskin leather jacket I’ve always wanted, and it’s absolutely stunning. The quality is top-notch, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. The customer service was outstanding, and Chris really knows his stuff when it comes to leather jackets. If you’re looking for the best in quality and service, Legendary is the place to go! Just got these gloves, and I have to say, I’m beyond impressed! The deerskin leather feels amazing, super soft, and comfortable right out of the box. The fit is perfect, like they were made just for me. Plus, the touchscreen works great, so no need to take them off to use my phone. I’ve owned a lot of leather gloves over the years, but these? Easily one of the best pairs I’ve ever had. If you want high quality, comfortable gloves that actually live up to the hype, these are it!

I genuinely can't understand how anyone could leave them a negative review unless they were a competitor, or were unreasonably upset over a minor issue. My experience with Legendary USA has been phenomenal from the start. Let me share a story that illustrates the authenticity and integrity of this business. I spent a weekend searching for a motorcycle vest, preferably made and sourced in the USA. I found Legendary and started researching their mixed reviews. The negative reviews seemed overly dramatic and emotional. I value objective reviews, not emotional outbursts, so I decided to give them a try and placed a rush order. After ordering, I kept browsing the website and decided I wanted to swap the vest for their newer Z style vest. I didn't want to wait for support to cancel and refund my order, but I had used a 15% off discount code that couldn't be used again. I texted the order confirmation number and explained the situation and my intent to re-order, asking if it would be possible to get another code. Within an hour, CEO Chris texted me back late on a Sunday night with a new code, thanked me for choosing them, and assured me my order would be canceled and refunded promptly the next day. I was able to place another order with a discount code and get the order canceled all within an hour on a Sunday evening. When the vest arrived, I emailed support about potentially exchanging for a size up, but also wanted to check the fit of another model. Within minutes, Chris texted me back with his phone number and invited me to call him to discuss sizing. We had a great conversation about everything from bikes and business to sizing, gloves, and his local American seamstresses. How many business owners do you know who will go out of their way on the weekend to engage with their customers? Not only engage for sales, but also ask for opinions on potential product changes. Chris and Legendary USA are genuinely interested in making the best possible product for the community. This doesn't seem to be solely a profit-driven business. I'm convinced Chris runs this as a passion project and loves being a part of the riding community. I'm a customer for life; there's nobody else I'll be ordering leather from. Support, commitment, service, and integrity like this are rare these days, rare enough to compel someone to write a long review to simply thank them for being genuine.

Their business practices are a little shady. - As others have mentioned, most of their product reviews are written in house. Those that aren’t are solicited - they offer customers vouchers that can be used on future purchases for POSITIVE reviews. - They advertise items on sale for deep discounts then don’t have the item. They will, however, try to upsell you on a much more expensive item and offer 30% off of that item. I ran into this with a vest. They offered me a different style vest that was 3 times more expensive than the one I’d bought, even WITH the 30% off coupon. They also lied and said the vest I’d ordered was discontinued. The kicker is that the vest I’d ordered is STILL on their site, in stock, but for $200 more than I’d paid. When I pointed this out to their CS Rep, she ignored my email and refunded me. It’s a shame - they really do have nice products. I won’t be back, though. I don’t like being lied to and then attempted to be scammed into buying something more expensive. Horrible way to run a “legit” business.

Ordered a horsehide back in November. Within 2 days it was right at my front door! Staff was amazing and answered my questions within minutes. When I tell you the material is legit I’m not kidding. PLEASE SHOP HERE (been riding in different jackets gloves and gear my whole life and ILL ONLY BE USING LEGENDARY FROM HERE ON OUT. #shop_legendary !
