Second Review After My First One Was Removed – Disappointing Experience With Custom Order & Communication I waited over five months for my custom jacket order and only received meaningful updates after repeatedly following up myself. Communication throughout the entire process was very limited. Only after I finally set a clear deadline for a response was I informed that the jacket could not be completed due to the amount of requested modifications. To be fair, I did receive a full refund in the end. However, the overall experience was still frustrating because the project had originally been accepted and all modifications were discussed in detail beforehand. When I specifically asked what exactly prevented the jacket from being completed, I never received a clear explanation. The company presents itself as very convincing and professional, but I would still recommend anyone considering a custom order to be cautious and to regularly ask for updates themselves throughout the process. I also made sure to save a screenshot of this review because my first review was removed without explanation on the Website… I was genuinely excited about this jacket and disappointed with how the entire situation was ultimately handled.

I am writing this review to warn other customers about the extreme shipping delays and lack of follow-through from Legendary Leather. They received my return item for processing nearly a month ago on July 8th, and their system marked the return completed on July 12th. On July 20th, I received a shipping notification with USPS tracking number. Since then, it has been a cycle of empty promises: July 24th: I reached out because the tracking wasn't updating. Customer service claimed the owner was notified, would drop off the package, and tracking would start that day. It didn't. July 31st: I followed up again. They replied stating, "The owner is currently looking into it. We will resolve it today. I apologize for the delay." Today is August 3rd, and the USPS tracking page still shows the post office is waiting for the package. They never mailed it. Out of frustration, I have been forced to demand a full refund for both my order and the return shipping costs I paid out of pocket. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. UPDATE/FINAL: After numerous attempts and broken promises from customer support to ships "today" or "tomorrow" I was forced to ask for a refund. The refund was prompt.

Similar to other reviews...the gloves I ordered indicated "fast ship from NJ". It took 3.5 weeks to receive with multiple follow-ups and very poor and frustrating communications regarding the status. Legendary gives "made in the USA" a bad name. The gloves seem good but I will not be back.

Buyer beware. Took 3 weeks for them to ship me an item and it clearly says on the pages that items can be returned within 30 days. They would not accept the return. Terrible experience.
