LegalHoop turned a very cumbersome process into something quit manageable. Walking me through the steps made all the difference. First they helped with classification and submission. They also guided me through the minefields of fraud in this endeavor. Many "companies" send out phony notifications asking for money. LegalHoop, namely Vicky Pheng helped weed out these dishonest actors. Most all she taught me the value in patience.
