I specifically asked for my own copies of the filing and the message I received back was not a confirmation of my requests. I'm hoping I don't have to chase down the documentation of the filing I paid for, and certainly hope that I don't have to re-file due to a lack of full documentation

After your statement of use is accepted by the USPTO, the certificate of your trademark will be issued and mailed to you. Vicky has clearly listed each time point of the process in the email sent to you.
